"Honestly it's been too long since I have actually liked a book online, I love how the author has portrayed such an intense story so realistically. The respect the author has is something I really admire. I would honestly read all of the author's work. The story's are somewhat dark but they have a meaning and story to them it's not just meaningless and is packed with all sorts of emotions to keep you invested."

"Very good book so far! I like it better than the first one in some aspects it does deal with more newer and prevalent subjects. Very good black and queer representation which I know is very important to people. I relate a lot to Luke in this book because as a I am not a poc my color myself, my partner is and the way Luke tries to understand the issues Gabriel and t he res of his friends and family, particularly his son James, feels genuine and he isn’t trying to overstep and input his own opinion. Highly recommend!!!"
