Chapter: 1
Caleb, Bryan and Bart were best friends and adventurers. But this was beyond any wooden tree house adventure they ever encountered. This whole adventure all started with neat houses on a dumpster street.
Then a feeling of a gust of wind. “Hide!” Caleb exclaimed.
They hid in a weirdly shaped bush. If you thought the houses and the streets looked strange before, you really have to see the landscape. They were just too neat. The trees were all the same, just simply light green leaves on top of a trunk of a tree.
Suddenly the wind took shape of a human. This dude had tattered, black clothes, a long, wrinkled tie, his face was covered in dirt. This guy was once wind. Somehow he took shape.
The guy grinned. “Time for the elements to take true form!” The guy put his hand in the air and green light along with light green smoke came from his hand and into the sky. “Sky!” the man said, “awaken from the depths of your sleeping heir and come to me!”
At first, there was no sound of movement. But then, the ground rumbled, then the sky rumbled, the blue in the sky turned to space with the brilliance of colors and sky. The bad news? A much cleaner man in a blue shirt, a long, curly white mustache and navy blue pants came from the sky… or more like he was the sky in physical form.
“Wind!” the sky said, “I hope you have a good explanation.”
“Oh, I do, I do. We are elements, nearly destroyed by humans, by thousands of cans from the ocean that is draining life as we know it!” the guy named Wind exclaimed.
“We can wipe out the humans and start our own world. A new population of elements.”
Something powerful was approaching, but the team could not see what. That’s when the air somehow disappeared. But there were trees, if there weren’t forests behind all the houses, the air wouldn’t be there. It would feel like space.
“Ah, Air, so nice of you to join us.” the boys jerked their heads to the right. There was nothing there, but there was definitely not something.
“I listen to all, and know all for I am everywhere,” the Air said, “and I agree with Wind. It is time we take our true form as elemental masters.”
“Are we sure we can do this?” Sky asked.
“Wouldn’t be the last time we wiped out the human race,” a snake-like voice said.
Another guy had appeared. He looked less human and looked more like he was from the Trojan war in the 1500 ’s. He had seashells on his shoulders and an armored torso. This guy was super tough. He had what looked like a giant shell as armor.
“Why Sea! What a pleasant surprise. To what do we owe the pleasure?” Sky said.
“Duh!” Sea said, “why do you think I’m in physical form, Sky? Because we’re here for the element master meeting.”
“Enough!” Wind said, “we have been hiding for too long! I believe it is time for a change. A world change.”
“Bart,” Caleb whispered, “do something.’’
Bart nodded, he didn’t have a plan but he is good at making this up as he goes. Bart got out of the bush hiding place and headed towards the elements. “Hey, guys,” Bart said, waving his head, grinning stupidly.
“Kind of dumb words for a mortal’s last words,” Air said.
“I heard that!” Bart said.
They stepped forward to smash him like a bug on the windshield, but someone stepped in front of him. Some kind of demon mannequin person. She said nothing, but drew the sword out of her wardrobe pockets.
The elements all hesitated their attacks. “Retreat!” Wind said, “We are no match for the hunter of elements!” all the elements retreated.
“They will come back and in greater numbers,” the demon mannequin said, “we must go to the mountains of Hedan. My sisters will guide us. They will give your friends that are hiding in the bush something for shock.
Bryan and Caleb came out of the bushes. “Come on guys,”Bart said, “what choice do we have?”
The mannequin turned her head towards the friends, and smiled. “Do not worry. There will be satyrs, Dwarves and Elves of the Trod mountains. You will be safe, my friends. No harm will come to you.”
The mannequin lady whistled and a mannequin horse was moving in fast.
Then another one came. She was riding the horse, she then picked up Bryan and Caleb and they rode on the back of the horse. Meanwhile, Bart rode on the back of the first mannequin.
And so they were off towards the mountain of Hedan. The mountain that should supposedly save the world.
