Chapter-1 : The beginning of a rampage
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
22/01/1981.
My name is Rick Davis, and I am starting to write my personal diary. I worked as a sheriff in Baltimore.
I have been newly posted here in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is a two hour travel from Baltimore to towards north-west. I did a drive through and came by my Jeep, My wife and daughter don't feel good in driving. My family will be arriving here by train within evening. My 9 year old daughter is very eager to find new friends in this new town. She also is very excited to see the new house.
I like to keep my place clean, to keep peace in the town, and I was pretty well experienced. I heard that Philadelphia was silent town but it had a lot of crimes and I'm going there to solve it.

10:20 a.m.
When I arrived at Philadelphia. I had a warm welcome by the mayor and people of the town. A cop came towards him saying," Come in sir, come into the office." And I went and sat in the chair and all the other officers wished me. I asked the cop who welcomed me inside the office," My friend what's your name?" He replied smilingly," it is John... sir, John strider. I am pleased to be in your service." I asked," is there any problem in this part of town?" John answered, "No sir!" Then I suppose, there will be no work for the cops. I was surprised to hear that there was no problem in the town. John asked,"shall I show you the town sir?" I nodded. We both got on the Jeep and went to the town. He drove through the country roads and went to the central parts of the town. I saw around. It was a really silent town indeed! Then I started seeing posters. I couldn't see it clearly but there were photos of a man. I said John to stop the jeep. I got down and went near it and read to myself,"Alexander, Age: 43, missing. Immediately I turned to John, you told people were living in peace, is this peace? Have you found this man? John replied," this is a cold case sir. It has been three years old and there are no clues." I asked," is there any other cases like this recently?" John answered,"there are many cases.... the most recent one was 6 days ago." I asked him to take me immediately to that home who gave the complaint. We both went to the house of 'Williams' I went and knocked at the door. Mrs.William opened the door. I asked," did you give a complaint? She answered, "yes it was my husband who gave the complaint. Please come inside." Myself and John went inside the house. It was well furnished and looked royal. A Girl came running down the stairs. She greeted me and john. Her mother told her to go and caller father. She again ran upstairs and called her father. Mr.William came down the stairs furious. He was a tensed and shouted at John,"did you find my son or not?" I said, "Mr.William please calm down." I am the new sheriff of the town, and I will surely find your son. Mr.William said, "it has been 6 days since my boy was lost and still you did not find him!" We need your help Mr.William... tell us if you have any clue, when did your son disappear? where did you see him at last? The girl standing nearby said,"There is a boy next door, who is my brothers friend and before before my brother disappeared, they were both playing." I assured the Williams family that, I would find their son. and then we went next door. John knocked at the door. A boy opened, he was short and a little fat for his age. I asked him," are you William's friend he nodded anxiously,"mm hmm" where you both playing together? he again nodded anxiously,"mm hmm" I asked," are you afraid?" He desperately replied,"Yes". He was shivering with fear, His eyes was shiny with tears. I noticed he was scared and said,"don't worry, nothing will happen, just say the truth and we can search for your friend William. He held up his tears and said," Alright I'll.....say. We both where playing soccer in the ground, in the adjacent street. I told him not to kick the ball far, but he kicked it anyway... I said him to go and take the ball. We were alone, only me and him. He went to take the ball. I looked down and saw candy! I bowed down to take it. Then suddenly, I heard a noise "Ah!!...." I stood stunned, William was on the ground unconscious. Near him stood a man wearing a hoodie with an axe handle in his hand, with blood dripping from it. I screamed! and ran away from the ground, as fast as I can and hid behind a bush far away. I was scared, I didn't come out of for like half an hour. It didn't know what to do. Then I thought to myself and grabbed my courage and went to the ground. But William was not there... The creepy man disappeared suddenly, the same way he came. There was a lot of blood down. There was a letter and a card it was dropped in the pool of blood I didn't see William from then on." I asked,"Do you have the letter and card?" The boy replied," yes, I have it! wait here, I'll bring it for you." I was looking around at the neighborhood. Not much people where around, only a handful people where there. There was a field just in a walkable distance, just as I was looking at the fields the boy came and give the letter. The boy said,"please don't say to anyone that I told you this, That man is also called the 'BABYSITTER'." What?,who? I asked. The boy replied, "The killer offcourse! He is called so because, he killed many people and many of them are children. I nodded and got the evidence from the boy. I just went and sat on the jeep and started to think about this 'killer'. It was evening, the sun was about to set... John spoke with the boy and came to the jeep. He said to me,"I am sorry sir, I did not want you to get involved in this, the first day of your duty here." I had never seen such a case, there was no suspects... John asked me, "can I see the evidence?" and I gave it to him. "What is this?? Is this even English??" John exclamained. I got it back and looked at it, it was a cipher (coded language) with alphabets, numbers and symbols... At last it was written "TORVA MESSOR".
