The Awakening
Danny rubbed weakly at his eyes, which were nearly crusted shut. He blinked about a dozen times before he could focus. He watched vertical lines of light shift nearly imperceptibly across his lap as he tried to make sense of his surroundings. The square mini sized window was open, letting in a gentle breeze, and the short length violet purple blinds swayed ever so slightly. He extended his right arm and felt the slight tug of a forgotten intravenous. It was sitting under his skin uselessly, the drip long emptied. He reached again—more carefully this time—to the bedside of the wooden table, clumsily knocking down an dusty empty flower vase dead. With an one variety of bouquet Sympathy Gardenia flowers inside it, that's now splattered beside the right hand side of Danny's uncomfortable hospital bed. His designed Samsung blue phone was just out of reach. It took him four attempts to sit up and swing his right leg out of bed. Onto the frigid hospital floor. Then the left leg. He tried to stand. Felt lightheaded. Virtually reaching his end point. Danny gripped on the icy-cold steel bed railing to steady himself. His back felt tight, so he twisted from side to side to a symphony of loud pops and cracks. Instant relief.
He shuffled past two huge inflated “Get Well” balloons to retrieve his phone. The battery still had some juice to spare. Problem is, it was locked. Asking for some kind of password to unlock it. He attempts to slowly insert the needed password requirement to login in the pin code he remembers on the top of his tongue. Few seconds of this attempt, suddenly failed. Instead, he received an urgent vibrating robot message typed in bold letters across the main home screen saying; "wrong password." "Please try again. "Three more incorrect password attempts an this device will deactivate itself! " "You've been warned! " Flashes itself back to the locked main screen. Asking for the password once more. Danny's vision started the fade away-halfway. He collapsed on his knees coughing horribly. Gasping for air. His hands quivering. Unvulnerable to control his impulses. Causing the phone slip out his grip. It tumbling down across the floor. He was weak, and the dehydration made it difficult to process anything right, but his desire for water. The room illuminated his whole body inside his room by the setting sun outside. "The power must've gone out," he thought as he troubled himself the shuffle toward the dark isolated hallways outside his room, trying not to collapse on the frigid floor again. A generator powered a few flickering fluorescent lights above his forehead. "Anybody here?" "Here……….. here………. here? He asked.
His dry weak voice echoed through out the entire hospital. Danny for sure didn't bother questioning anything-else, for now. Turned his attention towards the nurse's desk in front of him. Looked desperately on the nurse's front desk. Saw something that was going to keep his blood flowing operatively a little longer. An coffee mug appears in Danny's presence. He licks his crusty lips the best he could. Glanced his hazelnut eyes deeper beyond the nurses front desk.
Making sure nobody there. To make his hasty move. What came into view were an Happy Thrity-fourYear-Old Birthday- Elizabeth-poster. Balloons hovering on top of the nurse's desk for awhile it seems. Creating a repeatedly annoying squeaky sounds impetrating the be taken from there misery cycle. Crazy that it stays all in one place. Bunched up together.
The poster looked quite suspicious. The distinguished happy birthday poster of Elizabeth's signature signed poster of Elizabeth been rising multiple red flags. As if someone just planted it on the wall for the last few minutes, while Danny in the other room. Fighting for his life. Awakening from a fatal coma no one anticipated at first, in the patient room mid afternoon of the incident taking place, ending him in a hospital bed. Him tried to take out his own life.
"Give me my children, if you'll please Danny. " said his ex wife. Smiling little creepy in the dark presence near on the outside of the front door side wide open, half a second ago of Danny ringing the doorbell. " No! " He shouted. Squat the kids closer to his the side of his chest. They bear hugged him tight, doesn't want to leave his side. "Either way Danny, you have no choice. "You've should of listen to me," Danny. "I know your mad. The golden rule still apply 's whatever you do to others will come right back on you. Now, I promise to take real good care of them, you don't have her worry sweet pea." He grabbed her arms away from the children against the brick wall, included with her whole body against it. Everyone l lurking around the neighborhood stared. Had there phones out ready to 911.
"No one call me that, besides my girlfriend! "Haaaaaaaa!! " She laughed satanically. Stares at the children in a way to where they agreed on not to go on with there new parent guardian for now on. "Please don't don't this Danny, whispers one of his children-child Sam. We love you, you don't deserve this consequence, but doing this indication of what your about to do will make it a whole lot worse. "I know about her brainwashing an bad deeds make your life a living H, you didn't see coming. " Your son smart, he'll be my favorite, to stay the least pervert! " "Whatever happens, dad I'll always love you." Danny looked at his son. Looked at his ex wife. He cried a little huffing. Here, I came jumping out the care door, tripping over my feet. Getting back up to still try to run to my client. " Look, I'm sorry, he's been through a lot. And I'll just help you out letting her- he pushed me few feet away. "Why should I Logan? He asked. Why should I not kill her where she stand!" Bnack! Slammed her against the wall.
She groans a little from the pain, but enjoyed it actually. "Yea, so sexy! Do it so more, so you can go the jail for life." "There dialing the 911 right now. If I were you, I'll be running now, babe. " Beep! Bop! Beep! Ding! "Yeah, I'll like to report-"You don't have to worry about that babe. I'll just be on my way, take care of our children well, like you said. " He let her go on the door step. Kisses her on the lips an causally walked off happily. Leaving people to hang up there receiver. Move on to on about their whereabouts. Bonk! Aren't you going to help me with the children stuff, Lawyer? I shrugged shoulders. "Why not? I asked.
Walked over near the carriage of the clothes. Lifted it up into her house. Smelled strong cleaning substances an the soft carpeting smoothing my feet the more I walked in. Slide my shoe feet up and back an forth to scrap all the residue outside. Taking my shoes off to pleasant myself respected in her house. Have lot thoughts overwhelming me to be discombobulated. Losing in that courtroom was devastating to both of us deprived. Losing to some baloney mess the judge and the prosecutors believed from the extent amounts time in the courtroom lasting for hours. At least, announces the Victor, case of this situation. And it was her and the lawyer, Brad. Oh that snake!
He beat the carp out me in that case on purpose. He knew exactly what he was doing. How evil She was. Why She accused Danny of some fatal accusations that'd could believed to be put away for life, or waiting execution, within Death Row if the judge had no sympathy for him at all. Will think he's All the other abuser sick men. All because of a sexy hot girl he had that'd I took from in high school. My gosh, he accepted the challenge with my friend boys if I urge her away from him to like to be with me, more then me, he'll never be mad about it.
Deal with defeat and find another girl. Seems though he lied to me, wasn't a good friend. Was a demon accepting something he knew he would not accept and use that to destroy my dream life becoming the best lawyer down to the ground. I didn't even though. Before it was too late. She assists me not, if I want. No, you don't have too do that. Not in my house, if you want. It's your choice. " Oh then thanks. " With pleasure. Flip! Flip! Flip! Had my shoes on with a broken smile. Before I stood up on my feet I've been grabbed hard behind a wall by all Danny's children. Ack! Hi, Lawyer Josh? Sam asked. Yes, that's my name. You have good memory, kid. What's the hold up? Is my dad okay. Because, it was a very odd thing to say to her. It seems like a secret word he told is, if he's going to do something tragic with his life- his fine I'm sure. I set my hand flat on his shoulder. His a strong man. I don't trust her either. Leaving you with her is a bad idea. I leaned closer to his ear an whispered. She does anything slick I shot her in the head thick. Thank you, he whispers. Your welcome, we can use that to get you back to your daddy.
I patted him on the back an made up a believable lie, so she doesn't catch some what were up too. "Awww, well I hope your okay Sam. Yea, thanks to this guy I feel a whole lot better. Sam said. Reviled sick cough some more. Now let's give you the grand tour of my apartment place- BAM!!!!!! THUD!! Danny! I shouted to the top of lungs. Dropped All the carriage in my hands. Gasped with shivers going down my spine. Turned around bursting out the front door nearly knocking the hedges of the door chasing him down to where his body was left at. Danny! My voice deprived the go vanishing away, the deeper I run towards him, leaving the children alone with her. Big mistake. Flick! She locked the front door shut.
Lights face up to the light from the darkness. And the children could see exactly what she was there daddy try to explain to the police, that seems the evidence they all need to put her away for good locked in prison, with his children back. You -you-you killed our daddy and was -was the- Yes I am. " She said, grabbed out a chainsaw from behind her.
Chained it up in motion. Chained it towards the children scaring him half to death. Big goosebumps all over there bodies. You don't think I knew what you'll were talking about? You lie so bad to where I don't even feel sorry for you. "Yes, I am! "You've should of ran when you had the chance with your daddy, as run away criminals at large !" Since you knew now, I can't let any witness alive. "And now your next! AGHHHHH!!!!!!
Everyone he ever cared for an his family was there and never hoped the best for there son but grieve in terminal despair. His full autopsy tells otherwise. The head trauma injury was too severe for him to be lead on by a miracle. "His deceased, "Those words by the doctor entering the room with a clip board an pen in his hand penetrated there hearts shot by shot the whole family falling towards the ground. Falling asleep. The male doctor had the call some big assistance, to get the people Danny cared about the most his family members, teachers, friends, girlfriends etc, wake up on out the door with the child slumber asleep in peace. One of them asked one question. "Do you want him cremated, or buried? " "Here in this very hospital, where we'll All remember him in peace, the mother says." Just don't ever throw him on the floor, his really special. " So is everyone else whose dead back there, but I lost my only son to driver rampaging him hard. Smiling about it in his face the lawyer tells me. " We sure got the police involved. Called them on the spot. When they came, we all include our statements with each officer since, our argumentments were to heated.
Once all done, we check the owner of this neighborhood to check the security cameras for the true statement of us to come true to not been a lie. What I saw shut my whole heart done. There was no video or tape recorded at the scene. I'm sorry mam, one police officer said. Patting her on the back. Leaving the case closed, in disappointment. It was my word against his. It resulted an fatal accident. He committed suicide. AHHH! Wailing cried out the hospital. Wetting it to becoming slippery. "Mother wait! " Shouted the children chasing after her. "Sherry, wait!" Followed the husband. "Mam wait!" Followed the girlfriend of Danny. "Mam hold on too! " An followed by Danny's teacher, as well. The thing is about the door was It wasn't even locked! It was wide open. Viewing everything happening. Danny in the other room wasn't at all that far away from the nurse's desk, where the action took place. Nothing more, nothing less. Convinced Danny enough to just without hesitation, grabbed the mug from the nurse’s desk and gulped down what's ever in there. Luckily, he gulped down some cold black coffee, greedily. The fluid caffeine hit him fast. Vision upright. Felt splendid. Stood up straight. Breathed happily. Took deep breaths and scanned the hallways, swinging his arms up and down as he watched his six. While he paced around the deserted building, he began to notice that things didn't seem quite right. Started the ask frequent people about it.
