Not a last resort

He turned towards me to see me. He had a genuine smile on his face making me laugh at that. He had a bouquet in his hands which was for me the way he promised. He was about to walk towards me but a sudden voice from his back made him freeze in his place. He turned to see who it was and when he did the bouquet in his hands slipped from him and he ran towards her screaming her name and engulfing her in his embrace.

I chuckled. Yet another time I was cast aside. I laughed while my eyes were slightly stinking in tears. He thinks he can break me ? Me ? I laughed and walked back towards my way but little did i know his eyes were on me. I was from a place which was beyond repair. He thinks this is going to make me feel bad then it is his loss.

Walking away was tough but it was worth it. I was worthy of myself. The thing is he never saw that. Did he ? Who is HE to decide my worth. I was born this way and i will die this way. He and I were binded with the marriage but when i gave my every chance to him to see the worth of our wedding meant nothing to him then i am so glad to walk away from this person who was once my husband.

I am just me again. No more Ms or Mrs. Just the same old individual six months back.

Her life was hard. She wanted a closer for everything and she thought she finally found a prince in shining armour. But what she failed to see was he was not the prince but just another burden in her plate to add. It was that time she decided he is no one to her, not any more. At the age of 28 she was married to a well known family’s son. Everything was picture perfect but the frame was totally ruined. He said he had a love of his life but she left him and he said he will try to be in the wedding but when the love came back he threw the promise so was his wife.

She had enough of him so she walked away this time for good which was always the other way round of him walking away from her.

This is a journey of a normal middle class girl whose marriage is now broken. How is he going to fix this if only he has a chance to do that ?
