Chapter 1
2:36PM, Sunday, 24 september 2017 -
Tessa puts her headphones on and listens to music. She leans her head towards the car window. She doesn't mind moving to a town far away from her old town. Tessa's life has been hard. Having a mom who does not care about you and no dad. She has a brother who's 20 but he already has his own house.
After the long car ride she finally arrived at her house. It was better than she expected, the garden was filled with flowers and stones. She grabbed her stuff out of the car and opened the door. The house in the inside was pretty good decorated. Not old-fashioned, not too much colour, just calming and relaxing.
She went upstairs to her room and unpacked all the stuff she had. She didn't really cared about what her mom was up to.
After unpacking she just grabbed a book and sat on her bed. You can say she is a bookwurm.
'Tessa, dinner is ready!' shouts her mom
Tessa went downstairs and ate dinner. She didn't said a word to her mother. After eating, she went back to her room. Continuing her book.
Tomorrow will be her first day of school. She was already nervous days before even moving here.
It was 11PM, Tessa didn't had a regular sleep time, she just sleeps when she was tired. At this moment, she is tired. She changes to her pajamas and goes to her desk. Before sleeping she wanted to write in her diary. Tessa keeps a real diary of her daily life and all the secrets. She writes everyday in it and also takes it to school with her, every. single. day.
Now she went to bed and closed her eyes. it was hard for her to sleep, her anxiety just went really high. She was also breathing really fast. But than suddenly falls asleep. That's a thing that is normal for her.
The next morning
'tringg tringg tringg' the alarm rings off, Tessa slowly opens her eyes. She was tired but she got out of bed and went to take a shower. After showering she packed all the stuff in her backpack. Tessa never eats breakfast, because when she does, she would throw up or get dizzy of it. So she decided not to eat in the morning anymore.
Time ticked by, it was 8AM, she had to walk 20 minutes to arrive at her school and school started at 8:30AM, so she would be right on time. While walking to school she listens to music and looked around the neighborhood she was walking thorough, scanning every little detail to remember the place.
She arrived at school, there was a big black fence with a sign above the entrance door saying 'Nale Andrewlynn Highschool'
It was a big school, there we're many students. She just hopes she would be treated the same as everyone.
Tessa was still outside the gate, she scanned every student's appearance and thinking about what their personalities we're like, like always.
She still had to go inside, she took one step in, before she could step in with her other foot she heard loud noices from a car. Tessa was scared, she didn't dare to look behind her. She just walked fast into the school to avoid the things that she thinks might would happen.
She found the Principal Office, she knocked at the door.
'Come in.'
Tessa opened the door, not looking at the principal. She walked in and said: 'Hello, I'm new here, I'm here for my time table and locker key'
'Oh hello! You must be Tessa Willwood, no need to be shy. Welcome at Nale Andrewlynn Highschool. Here's your timetable and your keys. To find the locker is easy, so I don't think you'll be needing my help, in case you do, you know where the principal office is, right'
'Uh yes, thank you. Have a nice day'
Tessa left the principal's office and went to find her class. She has English in classroom B17. She went looking and looking for 10 minutes.
She finally found the classroom. She knocked on the door.
'Yes. Come in'
