Summary

Ethan was about to have the best summer ever before his senior year at his Miami high school His plan was to party, have fun, and just be young while he could. He's always had talent for reading people. Figuring them out. Ethan had always been surrounded by siblings and family, younger and older, and had a lot of good friends. He was the popular, goofball of his class. But his little ability was tested the first week of summer break, and his plans were definitely changed when a raven haired boy, who just needed a friend, moved next door to his parents house. Ryan was relieved to be staying at one place for the rest of his highschool career. Him and his dad had moved all over the nation for work. Without his friends though, he hasn't known what to do. His dad is his only direct family, so his friends filled in to that role over time. Ryan gets to Miami with not much besides his bed, a hoard of black tee-shirts, and his boxing gear. He felt like it was all he had, but really all he needed was a friend. And some Latino kid he met from next door filled that gap.

Hello, dear readers.

My name is Thiry. And this is a story years in the making. I hope you enjoy, I've worked very very hard, for a very long time to bring this to you.

Let me get something straight about this story, it is not a LGBTQ+ story. Originally, it was, but I have enjoyed turning it into more of a friendship story. It begins with Ethan having a small crush, but it very quickly fades. I have no problem with the idea of an LGBTQ+ story, and I hope to write one someday. This was just a clarification.

This story started out as a fanfiction, in 2017, and has now evolved into this. you can find the original story, discontinued, on my former wattpad account, @t-heory.

Im gonna try to stay motivated, and with coronavirus stuff, Im probably gonna have a lot of time on my hands, so I will try and update as fast as I can.
