"This book was ok. It took the main characters on an emotional journey of love, betrayal and acceptance. The story also explores the wealthy and their evil behavior. Also, there were gaps that could have been explained, ie Jenny's reaction to her brother's confession to the shooting and kidnapping. Also, the beginning of the story, Maya's adopted brother was 16 and at the end of the story he was 18..(the age, he is allowed to live with her) yet, she is 9months pregnant. Overall, I appreciate the author's commitment in completing the book. Thank you."
