Not you too

This is a story that i am trying to write for the first time.So, please let me know if I had made too many mistakes.
Srimathi was geating ready for college as usual, when she heard the sirren wailling . So, she came out of her dorm to know what's all the noise was about. what she found was nothing she would have expected. She saw her best friend Jaya Sri's lifeless body being carried out by the people in white. She didn't know what to do. She was in a stage beyond shock.
Who would start their day with a friends death. No wonder she remained speechless. When the police started enquiring, they eventually had to question Sri. An officer named Vetri and Mala questioned her about Jaya's death. Jaya being a sweet girl and generous one at that , there was not even a single person to be doubted at. while the enquiry was going on, Jaya's parents arrived at the spot. She was second in her home. Born long after her brother, she was raised more lovingly and yes, their parents couldn't take her death.
it was really heartbreaking for Sri to look at Jaya's parents. They loved Sri equally as their daughter. When they spoted her walking towards her they started crying even more. When Prathap , Jaya's brother arrived , it was already crowded with media and parents of other students. They were worried and started questining the warden.
Mathiyazhagi, Jaya's mother protested to eat anything. Prathap being a police officer, and an ACP(Assistent Commisioner of Police) in that, he was unable to stand near his parents and take care of them. And with the media constantly questioning he was raged. Controlling his emotions behind his glass ,he started collecting data. Officer Vetri sent the media people back saying they need privacy for the investigation, and also to let Jaya's family alone atleast to mourn her death in silence.
Prathap was exhausted and his parents were still crying. he couldn't stand the sight anymore. her broke things which were arround him. it took four of his collegues to make him sit again. Suddenly Pandiyan Jaya's father started convelsing, the medic team which was present there started performing CPR as he was having cardiac arrest. It was like Prathap would cry any minute, but he held on to it. His voice shaky said, "don't leave me father, not you too...", anyone could say he was in the verge of breaking down, but was holding for his mother.
His father had pulse again. checking his vitals they said he is fine, but it would be good if he is taken to the hospital. prathap thanked the heavens and asked his mother to go along with his father. saying he should be present for the investigation and asked a team member to go with them and make sure they are good.
After everything was cleared, he sat finally. Resting his head in his hand he started crying silently. Even sri was exhausted and worried. But she reached Prathap and made him eat. He thanked her and started to question her about his sisters death. Every turn in the investigation took the dead end.
