John James Castle
11 May 1928 - 7 April 2017
Writing was always John’s passion and he had dreams of becoming a journalist, but to please his parents he became an accountant, a job he found easy - and boring. He was an avid reader, of anything and everything, loved poetry and the classics. He wrote many radio plays which were broadcast in his home country of South Africa, stories and articles for magazines, and a full length novel which was published after his death.
These are just a few of his stories that I have on file.
