Had potential then fizzled
"So I loved the premise of this story. It had so much potential to be a slow burning romance that delivered a satisfying climax and end. However the last chapter took what I thought was the start of where there would be a bit of angst/awkwardness/uncertainty in order to build on the need for these two unlikely people to realize how strong their need for each other is. And the author makes Jin contradict himself “I can’t be gentle” and then he’s gentle with kissing her, being intimate? Also prior to their hot sex Jin tells her that he doesn’t do this to fall in love...which I thought would be a building block for the story-like as much as he doesn’t want to he falls for her. But instead, they see each other the following Monday, flirt and then the author ABRUPTLY ends the story. I was so dissatisfied by this ending. I wish the author would have taken time with this premise. The smut was well written and helped create the perfect mood while reading. And the author writes in a fluid manner with great vocabulary. "
