"Gosh I just love this story, it's so pure and it's everything I want to be met with when I need me some good and spicy BL with a side of genuinely well made plot. The story is captivating, realistic, and something that will keep you in a good mood for a couple nights sleep! Characters that are named and brought up remain relevant to the plot and overall the story does a very good job creating an enjoyable reading experience. The author's notes and comments make the story very interactive and I'm happy they shared their experience with me! The plot is easy to follow, easy to get into, and never goes astray. It's all well connected and is done with care, you can see the author's love for writing in the story. The writing style is a joy, the kind that won't ever let you down and just when it's time for bed you need to sneak in one more chapter! If you're curious why I gave it a 4-star out of 5-star I simply did not find it as impressive as some other author's writing styles but don't take that in a bad way, Inkitt is filled to the brim with brilliance and this writing style was natural and loveable! The technical writing skills were there, of course they could use some work but everything was understandable and you were easily able to tell what the author intended to say. There was one point where I'm pretty sure the author meant to say one male leads name and used another, I pointed this out with a paragraph comment, but other than that I have nothing bad necessarily to say here!"

"This is a wonderful book. I love the relationship between Venny and Levi. They both are blessed with great relationships with their moms who are supportive and caring. I’m glad their friends stood by them when they came out about their relationship. I love how Levi and Venny were close friends before they fell for each other because it really made a good foundation for them. I can’t wait to read the next book. Fantastic job author. 💞🩷💞"

"I liked this story very much. I honestly believe that my absolute favorite part of this story was how supportive and NON judgemental Levi's mom is. I mean, most moms wouldn't agree that although it's illegal, weed is much better than cigarettes. I also think it's good that she allowed Levi to explore his feelings without pushing him and stood beside him and his decision to be with another male. I'm extremely disappointed in Venny's father, but I think there's a lot more to his disapproval than meets the eye. Venny's mom and sister handled his coming out great. Wish more parents would. Ur writing skills are great. Please keep the stories coming. "

Great job transitioning from one POV to the next and keeping their personalities in tact while expounding on them. I love that there doesn't seem to be a lot of drama between the two MC's.
