"Uhh, getting up early in the morning is so tiring!!
" Danielle moaned from under the blanket, as her fancy, pink alarm clock beeped repeatedly for the third time. Her cat, Cleo jumped onto her bed. She slid out of bed, and trudged across to the bath room. Her reflection looked pale, and ghostly as if she was transparent. Suddenly, the vase on her bedside table smashed on to the tiled floor.
" Wut dis?" Danielle said to herself while brushing her teeth. Carefully avoiding the shattered ceramic and observing the table. There was nothing really special about it. The last time she checked, the vase was sitting stably with a few pink flowers in it. But now, she could see that no petals were to be seen. "The cleaner must have taken them away." Danielle spoke as she cleaned her face. "And she must have knocked the vase to one side and now it probably had fallen because of that. Right?" There was silence. No one answered her. But she felt an eerie hush that filled the room.
Then, at that moment, she could see the faint outline of a person with black, empty holes as eyes, and grey liquid dribbling all over it's face. It's smile looked hungry, and her sharp glinting teeth shone with white blood.
Danielle was frozen in shock. She backed slowly away from the figure and tried to reach for the hairbrush lying on her bed.
But the ghost was too quick for her. Her deathly smile crept along the edges of her bony complexion and lunged for Danielle...
