"I was first drawn in by the cover of the story. I love stories where the cover fits with the work and isn't something generic. I liked the story overall, but it's a bit on the slow side. When it gets going however is a real page turner. I also loved how descriptive the writing is. It was very easy to picture everything and I felt truly immersed, like I was right next to the characters. I think this is a solid entry in the writer's portfolio and I can't wait to see what he does next!"
