Introduction
The year is 2100. Earth has fallen to the mighty Hesadia Empire, a majestic human power that controls several star systems. The invasion and conquest of Earth has been swift and brutal, with Earth humans unable to defeat the powerful technology of the Hesadians. Resistance and defiance on Earth were strong but those being suspected of defying the Empire were dealt with brutally by the Empire’s secret police, the Alfin Guards.
HAUNTED,
Alessa was 18 when the invasion came. She lost most of her family, friends, and boyfriend in the war. Haunted by memories of her loss, Alessa joined the Earth Resistance organisation, swearing to free Earth from the Empire’s clutches and eventually, to topple Hesadia.
HUNTED,
Enzo was 18 when he commanded a Hesadian Battlefleet and participated in the Empire’s conquest of Earth, being secretly disgusted by Hesadia military’s cruelty. After showing kindness and sympathy for the humans after the Invasion, he and his fleet was suspected of treason, and were hunted for their heads by the elite Alfin Guards. He and his fleet were forced to escape.
Will the pair work together to overthrow the Empire despite their differences? Or will the Alfin Guards capture them and have them executed?
The first chapter, 'The Invasion of Earth', will be longer because of the vast events I need to squeeze into a single chapter. I :)
