The Day At The Park.
It is a beautiful morning and it is beautiful as in it is Sunday!! Who doesn't like Sundays. I wake up early in the morning to plan my perfect day as I do it everyday.
Nothing much on my schedule other than completing assignments and meeting with my three best friends in our favourite park. Oh! So bad of me, I didn't introduce myself and my friends!! Okay I'll tell you now.
I am Kelly Parker. I am in 7th Grade with my other friends.
Alice Whitehat is my overexcited friend, who loves adventures. She is also in the same class as mine.
Ron Wills is my adventurous and "loves taking risks" friend.
Max Decker is my calm and practical thinking friend just like me!! (Not brag, but yes!!)
We all have ne thing in common we that is we love adventures.
So I call all of them early in the morning (And they are not early-risers!!) Like 5:00 or so? First Alice picks up the call who always picks up the call at last, today first?? "Hello, when did you start learning to wake up early at 5:00 in the morning??" I asked. "Oh, just trying to improve myself and get started on taking care of my health." She said. I kept thinking but eventually I let it go. "So why did you call me early in the morning??"She asked. "Oh, sorry I totally forgot about that, I called you for asking that are you free this evening? So we all can go hangout after a long, hectic week??" I asked. She agreed instantly as soon as she heard free!! I asked her at what time should we meet?? She said 7:00 will be good. Then we hung up. I called Max and Ron in one conferance call and asked them can they join us and surprisingly they agreed!! I even told them the spot and time. I still had a long day ahead!! Introduction

It is already 8:00 and I just finished calling my friends, anyway I need to go down for breakfast. Mom everyday gives me my usual but today is not usual. Two hot toasts with lots of butter and a perfect sunny side up!! And of course my love.. Coffee!!! The breakfast and the day was amazing more than I expected!! Now after this I go to the shower in a low mood as I usually don't shower in the morning, I kind of follow the Japanese Culture Of Bathing. But as I have to study a lot and keep my mood calm I have to take a refreshing bath that wakes me up and boosts my energy. So I go in the bathroom and many people try to adjust the temperature in between hot and cold but I prefer only cold, it has many health benefits!! It boosts your oxygen level and capacity because when cold water is felt by the body it goes in a shock and we breathe faster. Oops!! Sorry got carried away in the facts telling mode. I usually finish my shower in 10 minutes but today is Sunday and I have a routine of taking care of my skin, I apply face mask and lots more but you don't want to hear that. It is long and boring.
It is 10:00 AM by the time I get ready in my clothes and finish applying moisturizing cream. I check the time --- 10:15 AM. I set my goal of finishing the subject in this amount of time and start studying. Now let's fast forward this process.
1:00 AM was the time for lunch and I had mostly finished all my subjects. Still a long day ahead!!
After Lunch
I looked at the clock hung up on the wall, it said 3:00. I didn't know what to do, in boredom I was scrolling through the social media. I got a reminder notification of reading a book and also finishing it. So I got straight to it, I don't like my things getting delayed! So I went near my bookshelf where I have a ton of books and other stationary items for school. I have all the types of genres including thriller. I rarely read those boks but I like reading books (even thriller!!) So now I had finally decided to read a horror and mystery book named "Path" (Note:- The names of the book or anything written here is frictional and the writer's imagination and words.) This was the book I was wanting to read for a long time. It was a long book very long. But I guess I had the time to read and I sat on my study table and and opened the curtains to invite the sunlight in! Did I ever tell you about th view from my window?? Nope, definitely not!! Okay, wait I will tell you now. Firstly, I have an ocean view which is spectacular!! And everytime I see it I am speechless! So, I sat down and started reading the book.
Process fast forward!!
So let me break it to you. I started reading the book and in one go I almost finished half of the book. Feeling sleepy and took a power-nap and then finished the book. It might be surprising to some people but once I started reading I stop only when I finish or feel tired. Don't worry you will get used to it soon!!
By the time I closed my book and kept my bookmark in the particular stand and the book in the bookshelf. It was what?!! Almost 7!! I freaked out because I wasn't ready not even the outfit was selected. I told myself deep breaths and scanned my closet and found the "Perfect Outfit" it was a light blue coloured jeans and white tank top which said in bold "You Can Do It" and white sneakers. It was literally not perfect but better than something too worn out!!
I meet my friends in the park surprisingly the place where it is too crowded especially on weekends was a bit too lonely. It felt like we visited it on weekdays.
Max started the conversation by saying "Hello guys! The weather looks good today." Trying to change the topic. We agreed and started to talk and we were talking about 'the usual'.
When suddenly we all stopped in our tracks, we all saw a beautiful rose not the usual rose something was special about that. Alice went forward to touch it. Ron warned her that it might be dangerous we don't know what it is but she ignored everyone of us. She went even forward to touch it and we were one step behind her. We were about to pull her back and that's when Max tripped and pushed Alice and others with himself into a weird place sort of a supernatural world as if the rose was a portal to somewhere.
What was it? Where were there?
Little did they know there were about to meet and solve a never ending mystery. Will it harm them. What will it cost?
