Chapter 1 (hogwarts acceptance)
I woke on a Sunday morning and ran downstairs I ate some cereal whilst watching tv it was just a normal typical lazy Sunday. Until an owl flew to the window and dropped a strange letter, I opened the window and took the letter. It was a hogwarts letter I was so shook! I was so excited, I stopped eating my cereal, jumped on the sofa and opened the letter.
Dear Cora Colman,
We are pleased to inform you that you’ve been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of necessary books and equipment which you shall get at Diagon Alley.
First Year Students Will Require:
Three sets of plain work robes (black)
One pointed hat for day wear (black)
One pair of dragon-hide gloves.
And the following set books:
“The standard book of spells”
“One thousand magical herbs and fungi”
“The History of Magic”
“Magical Theory”
“A beginner’s guide to transfiguration”
“Magical drafts and potions”
“Fantastic beasts and where to find them”
“The dark forces A guide to self-protection”
All Students Must Be Equipped With:
A wand
A cauldron
And a toad, cat or Owl.

When everyone finished their breakfast me, my two sisters (third and fifth years) and my parents went to diagon alley using Floo powder, when we got their the first thing we done was get me a wand at Ollivanders Wand Shop.
“Ahh, another Colman I see” the man said.
“Err yes” I akwardly said. He brought out a beautiful beech wood wand with a dragon heartstring core.
“Go ahead, try it out“ he said, so i gave it a wave and it was perfect for me, I payed him 13 galleons and went to get and barn owl and named it Hootie. I got all my clothes and my cauldron and went home. As I started to pack all my stuff it was getting dark so I took a shower, brushed my teeth, washed my face and got into bed I tried to sleep but I was too excited thinking about hogwarts. Around 2 hours later I finally managed to fall asleep and I dreamt of hogwarts.
