Prologue
Test log Alpha:
This is Test-Log entry "A-1": Inorganic matter.
Today we are testing concrete, to measure the output capacity of the energy produced by Gamma-7. We have determined that pure, uncontrolled Gamma radiation can Amorphize concrete, causing crystallization and decomposition unless it is several feet thick, but with our new synthetic destabilization technique, our goal is to reverse this effect. Below is a record of the effects in five minute intervals, starting with semi-amorphized concrete (An estimated ratio of 2:1), the same materials used in power plants.
The concrete must be held in a specialized chamber used to contain the effects of the radiation, which will undergo changes based on this experiment.
10 min: The concrete shows no visible changes.
15 min: The concrete has changed slightly in color, looking a brighter grey than before.
20 min: The concrete is now nearly white in color. This change was alarmingly fast, so we are pausing the experiment to test for the crystallization caused by amorphization.
25 min: There were no crystals found in the concrete. This test was an incredible success. However, an unexpected side effect, the concrete decreased in density. More tests are required to determine the cause.
This is Test-Log entry "A-11": Inorganic matter.
Hiroshi is helping me write logs, as he has shown interest in the field and wanted to help us, in his terms, "Any way he can". We allowed him to aid us, on the condition he underwent proper training, so he will be my protege of sorts.
The concrete tests from the previous experiments hinted that matter can be altered by our now patented Gamma radiation variant, called "Gamma:Raze" under Hiroshi's recommendation. It is a pun, yes, but it is accurate, as it has a much more dangerous effect than other forms of radiation, including total molecular destabilization under the right frequency.
If we can moderate the rate of emission and control the frequency, we may very well be able to return the matter to its original state instead of simply breaking it down.
Today, we are testing that theory.

It was a success!
We used the Inverse Square law to measure where the refraction points would be, and to control the path of the protons released by the radiation.
It was difficult to control, but it created measurable results, which means the process can be refined, and the technique made safer...
Test-log Beta:
This is Test-Log "B-1": Controlled Organic matter (Deceased)
This time, we have prepared several samples of wood. The effects the radiation gives off are unique because they can be controlled in direction and frequency easily, so the test here is to see if we can use them to reverse the decomposition process.
The main issue is that this radiation is very ineffective against bacteria, but the ability to destabilize and restabilize matter may allow us to simply reconstruct the samples of wood the way we want it to be. If so, we may be able to [Redacted]
Until then, the purpose of this experiment is to prove that organic matter can also benefit from the effects of Gamma-Raze.

Test-log GAMMA:
This is Test-Log "G-7": Living, organic subjects
Up until now the effects of the radiation on matter has been remarkable, and allows almost total control over the matter's structure if used correctly. The last test we need to perform is to measure the effects it can have on a living creature, so we have been dosing lab rats who have been treated with this radiation for the last week. This time, Hiroshi is in the lab with the mice, measuring for radiation outputs. If we pick up an output, it means that the mouse has radiation poisoning, so we are hop-
[EMERGENCY LOG: BLACK BOX]
Hiroshi is using his access code but he the door is not responding either. I fear the worst, and without control of the radiation, he will repeatedly cycle through destabilization and restabilization, deconstruction and reconstruction, until eventually he melts down and goes nuclear. We hadn't considered it until now, but if someone is stuck in the machine, we cannot stop the blast, so this may well be the last record we have, assuming it survives.
Hiroshi is now undergoing the destabilization process. He will be torn apart on the subatomic level and reconstructed over and over until either we regain control, or there is an error, and he melts down. We are almost out of time, but the building should be completely evacuated, so I will end here and-
My daughter came back into the room, and refuses to leave without Hiroshi. She is taking a chair to the chamber door, but if she breaks the door, the inorganic matter may interfere with the reconstruction process and we will most certainly go nuclear. I cannot persuade her to stop, so I will keep recording, and directing her to the faults in our design. First, she has taken out the power lines, but the radiation has already been dosed. Now she must break in the door before Hiroshi reconstructs again, or we are done for. I'm afraid the door is too thick for the chair to break completely, but-
Something is changing in Hiroshi. His skin is changing in color, almost becoming illuminated. I wouldn't believe what I am seeing had I not seen it myself, but for some reason I can see through his skin. I can see his veins and nerves, and I am afraid this means the worst. I have never seen a living creature go nuclear, but I don't think it should look like this.
Now, his skin is generating static electricity. I don't understand what is going on, but I think this is normal. I don't think this is right. But we are still alive, so I don't think he's going to melt down. Whatever is going on, I don't understand, but-
Hiroshi is now standing, and his skin is still glowing. He managed to punch through the door, and... I have never seen anything like this. He didn't just break the door, it melted around his arm. He looks blurry, as if the camera quality were being affected by the radiation, but I am seeing him with my own eyes. My daughter is behind me now, but she is shouting at Hiroshi. She is telling him that he's melting down, and he looks like he's in pain, but there is no doubt in my mind. His skin is getting dimmer. I think he is safe now, and my daughter is rushing to him, but he has collapsed.
I think for now, we are safe.
