Chapter 1

Have you ever felt like your in a dream? Well that's how I feel right now. I'm standing in my bedroom terrified as I see papers, pencils, small items being whirled around the room looking as if there is a tornado in my room. As I'm standing here petrified I scream for my mom and dad and as I'm waiting for them to get in here in my mind I'm wishing this to stop and lord behold it does and I swear I nearly pissed myself because it just stopped.

My mom and dad come barreling into my room while saying;

"What?! What happened?"

"Th...they...floating... swirling like a tornado" I stutter and don't even try to make a coherent sentence.

"Honey, we can't understand what you are saying just calm down and slowly tell us what's the matter." My mom says.

"The stuff on the floor... they were flying around like there was a tornado in my room! and... and when I was watching it I told myself in my head that I wished it to stop and it did!" I nearly cry out, as I am very confused of the situation.

"Blake, are you sure that is what you saw?" my dad says to me in a soft, but firm voice.

"What? You don't believe me?! I'm not making this up!" I nearly scream to them while tears of frustration come springing to my eyes.

"Jake, I think its time we tell her" My mum says to my dad.

"Tell me what?!" I say to them.

"Blake, lets go sit in the living area, then we'll talk, ok?" My dad says, then my mum and dad exit my room to go to the living area. As their walking away I'm thinking to myself;

I wonder what they want to talk about, but I know for sure it has to do with the stuff that was flying around my room.

I think this to myself as I walk out of my room.
