Summary

The book born from an eight part one shot. Any similarities with existing books (other than my own), real life occurrences or events are pure coincidence. Story line is subject to change according to flow. Fan favourite one shot-turned novel. If you would like to read the original one shots, they’re available in my other book. Grey & Alana, the grumpy Russian & timid Asian. The two are worlds apart yet with fate and curiousity, their souls begin to entwine in an unbreakable bond.

Prologue

Alana straightened out her skirt, nervous at the prospect of being alone with her boss. Working as an intern in Korkunova industries was nerve wracking, even more so when the CEO was a dashingly handsome young man. The only heir to successful entrepreneurs and the successor of the company, how qualified could a twenty-eight year old be?

0

She felt juvenile, immature even. Like a middle school girl trying to impress her high school crush, she felt regret not wearing makeup. She was twenty-two but petite, with average breasts and a acceptable ass. But when she stood in front of her CEOs office she wished more than ever she had the more curvy figure of a real woman.

Grey wasn’t sure what to expect halfway through the afternoon, but it surely wasn’t the timid knock and beautiful face of a woman. She was gorgeous with pale skin and dark hair, eastern features all packaged with a shy smile. Her body was showcased teasingly, a clean cut business skirt and shirt that was buttoned fully but didn’t disguise the little mounds that hid under.

“Good afternoon Mr. Korkunova.” The melodious voice greeted before standing in front of him with clasped hands. “Your father sent me to let you know he’ll be arriving in about twenty minutes.”

Grey stared shamelessly at Alana, causing her to flush and squirm. “Can I get you a coffee?”

0

“Sit down.”

0

She hesitated, “sir...” Grey felt his cock twitch, already rising to salute the beauty in front of him. He nudged his chin towards the chair, smiling when she obeyed quietly.

0

“What department do you work in?” He leaned against his chair with crossed arms, waiting for her to introduce herself fully. Grey couldn’t help but feel eager to know the little beauty in front of him. “I haven’t seen you around before Miss...”

0

“Leung.” Alana finished, “I’m an intern in the HR department at the moment, under Angus Phillip.” Grey nodded in understanding, fiddling with his pen before looking up at Alana. He studied her features, makeup free skin and a gorgeous little nose. He wanted to cup her cheek, curious if her skin felt as soft as it looked.

0

“Are you interested in any other positions in the company?” Grey raised a brow, biting his tongue when he almost demanded she become his assistant. “Paid interns don’t get much do they?”

0

“I’m not qualified in any other sector.” Alana pursed her lips with a frown, Grey was tempted to touch her lips now too. “But I think I can exceed where I am as long as I work hard.”

0

“A position just opened for an assistant.” Grey claimed, smirking at a curious Alana. “The position has actually been open for a while, and doesn’t require a extensive portfolio.”

0

Alana was quiet for a moment before asking, “an assistant for who?”

0

Grey bit back the grin that threatened to split his face in half.

0

“Me.”
