"Great story, despite it being so short. There is nothing forced about the plot, the characters' emotions, everything flows smoothly and beautifully. I would love to know more about it, but at the same time I see the beauty of this short glimpse - its the beauty of life and its challenges. The writing style is extremely good, very vivid and very touching. The images are beautifully created and have a great impact on the reader (or at least, they had a great impact on me!). I thoroughly enjoyed this little story and I reccommend it to anyone who appreciates the bitter-sweet moments of life. "
The pain of love
"Really enjoyed this piece of work! It worked well as a short story, and it piqued my interest from the start. The descriptions by the author worked really well, and the intensity was consistent throughout the whole chapter. "
More appropriate for a chapter
"Very teenage angst/theme about being alone and add in no money. Yet there she is with her friend Lily and a full wedding gathering. The conversation with his mates are rather ridiculous…are they 15 or 16? Given all the details that don’t pull together tightly, this would make for a better chapter than short stories"
