End and Children
I woke up, for some reason, at 3 am and realized that my things had been moved around. I was kinda freaked out. I went to go ask my mom if she had done it. I looked in her room, and she wasn’t there?
I looked around the house, but she was nowhere to be found.
I started to freak out! Where was my mom? Then that’s when I realized, what about my siblings! I rushed to my room where they were supposed to be. They weren’t there! No one was at the house, and that is when I started to feel like i was going crazy. I went back to bed to see if it was a dream. When I woke up nothing had changed, no one was home but I noticed something while freaking out my pets were still here? I was definitely starting to go bizerk, so I decided to go to my friend’s house. I got the wagon and the cages for my pets then I started to walk to my friend ashton's house. I knocked on the door and he answered! I was relieved. I told him what happened. He said it had happened to him too! We both went into the house, and we started to think. How had this happened? WHAT had happened? We decided to sleep on it, and we would talk about it tomorrow. I woke up a little early to make breakfast. Ashton had not woken up yet. When he woke up I was on the couch , I had about 20 books and about 10 research papers with me on the coffee table. When Ashton woke up he asked me what I was doing. I told him I was trying to figure out what happened. He looked at me astonished, I guess he was surprised at my level of grammar and reading. I told him I don’t read much but when it’s important I will read. He sat down with me to help me, he actually loves to do this sort of thing, so that was a very helpful skill. About an 1hr later not either of us have found out what may have happened. We sit in silence for a minute until Ashton speaks up, "I wonder if i did this?" I look at him super confused. "what d0 you mean?" I was super confused by this. "last night i wished that all of the adults disappeared." he said, "Oh my god! I thought the same thing!"
We looked at each other for a minute and then realised something. "Our thoughts!" We said at the same time. We laughed but only for a minute. "Wait," I said suddenly stopping our laughter. "do you think all of the kids collectively thought the same thing all together?" I was kind of worried. "I don't know but i know we'll figure it out together, because that's what friends do." I looked at him confused and said, "Friends solve the end of adults together?" He laughed and then said, "No, friends stay together through everything"
