Dial Me In

"Jumping straight into this review, I'm gonna discuss chapter one. Two lines in this chapter are missing full stops and I'll just do my usual and place the quotes below. "A whole lot of drama" "Please feel free to comment, ask questions and all that" Other than those slipups though, this chapter serves as a great introduction. Next up is chapter two where things really begin. The first thing I noticed is the writing style. It's positively brimming with personality which I think added to my overall enjoyment of this story. However, this isn't to say it's perfect. Repetition does rear its head on occasion, the examples of which I will place below with some possible changes, all of which are the writers choice on either they use them or not. "I unlocked the gate and used the remote to open the main gate for him." (I unlocked the gate and used the remote to open it for him.) "Where he could keep his eye on his stash" (Where he could keep an eye on his stash) Obviously, they're only small changes, but I do think they could help the readability. The next thing I want to bring up is in regard to the plot. It's not bad by any means, but with one chapter out and such a small amount of time to drink it in, we just don't really know that much at this point. Of course, I imagine this is soon to be changed but those are just my honest thoughts at this very moment. Anyway, this story is gonna be something different I can tell. I wish the writer well and hope to see this story continue! Have a good day and happy writing!"
