Too much vernacular
"Too much inner monologue and vernacular. This reads like it should be an audiobook. The language is immature and the author should make changes when a character is expressing him or herself internally. The reader does not need to know everything. Use more descriptive words outside of inner thoughts. "

"I liked the first book very much an decided to try the second. Loving it so far. I am bored with the stories where females are shy or something and than lose all theyr insecurities overnight for no reason. At least here is the other way around"

"This book is one big excitement from start to finish! The second part of the series leaves me in awe, just as the first (Apollo) did. My my.. what can I say besides I‘m ♥️ it. A wicked fusion between Fantasy, Romance and a very well-known movie: The Hunger Games (not a spoiler if you read part one till the end, I believe). The author pulled it off for me once again: - strong female lead that kicks ass, interesting character and development - perfect mixture of adventure, love and fun - detailed style of writing let’s you picture each and every scene perfectly - loved the surroundings and storyline, somehow it’s just so believable - adapts the concept of the movie nicely, without the impression of being a copycat Girl, you have such an incredible fantasy! My emotions were more than once all over the place.🥴 This time I had to strip off two stars due to repeating formal issues, such as missing letters, autocorrect issues, doubled words. It didn’t make it any less intriguing, just needs more editing. "
