Chapter 1
“Daryl...Daryl wait” Rick walked out from the farm house. Daryl stopped in his sleeveless shirt.
" what do you want..Rick” Daryl said in an annoyed tone.
" I’m sorry about your brother and well we will find him” Rick picked at the rim of his hat as Daryl turned to Rick.
" Look Mr. Grimes i don’t need or want your stupid help infact go take care of your Pregnant little women and stop worrying about me” Daryl yelled. Now everyone was standing on the porch of the farm house watching Rick and Daryl fight.
“Daryl... I am sorry” Rick said again.
" I said shut up ” Daryl stepped closer to Rick showing his anger in his face. Rick made a threatening shift in his body posture. Shane, Glenn, and Dale grabbed their guns and stepped off the porch ready to stop a fight. ” I’m done talkin to you..now leave me alone before I kill you” Daryl turned and walked down the field to where he had set up a little camp just for himself. Rick put his hat on and walked back into the farmhouse.
" Rick is everything okay?” Hurshel asked. Rick sat down in one of the old chairs with the flower patterns on it in the living room.
“i just don’t know how to resolve this thing with Daryl” Rick rubbed his forehead in frustration.
“Rick you need to let Daryl calm down” Hurshel put his hands on Rick’s shoulders. ” Now i think you need to get to sleep...Daryl will be fine” Hershel told rick as everyone stared at him.
“you’re right Hershel..Thank you” Rick got up and kissed Lori on the cheek and Carl on the head and then he headed up stairs.
“Dale do you think Rick has..a thing for Daryl?” Lori asked quietly.
“Mom don’t say that” Carl said quickly.
" I think it’s time we all wen’t to bed” Dale patted Carl on the head and went to his room to sleep. Rick layed in bed staring at the sealing wondering if Daryl was cold. Rick didn’t know what was wrong with him he was always thinking about Daryl with his sleavless shirt and his tanned dirty skin. Rick climbed out of bed slowly and softly as he tried not to wake up Lori. Rick wen’t down stairs and out to the feild.
