Hello! I hope you enjoy this story. I had the most amazing time writing it. It was even more fun than writing part I: The Jackman Brothers: The Tale of the Sick Herald. You can find part 1 in the Sketchbook Project Library under call number 199.17-9. It is also digitized online. I didn’t have nearly as many problems this time around because I prepared much better when it came to the layout. I used new techniques incorporating photography and laying it out in a similar format you might see in a graphic novel. I really enjoyed it. Spoiler alert: I will plan to incorporate this style in the next Sketchbook, which will continue the story. My sketching has improved since last year, but I couldn’t simply toss out my original sketches from Sick Herald. They were ugh!, but they were also cool and retro. I can’t wait for the next one.
