"Cute story. I can definitely feel the teenage angst going on between the main characters. I think it's important that there is a stabilization factor(s) at play that help to balance the chaos. In other words....Mia has her close relationship with Alec outside of the relationship with the triplets to maintain balance and the triplets have each other. Granted there is some sabotage going on, but that is typical sibling crap. I am speaking from experience here. I think that Mia's thought process on checking out on life to avoid hurting people is absolutely stupid. It is a common misconception to think that if you don't interact with the world around you it will not affect you, and you will not affect it . Your mere presence/existence within the world is all it requires to cause an effect. Mia is in rather a precarious situation. She needs to be very mindful of her words and actions, because it appears that she has been locked into a relationship with persons who are just as self-destructive as she is. I hate it for her, and I wish her brother Alec could be a little less of a d**k and more supportive. Anyway.... I thought your storyline was well organized, but this story is still very much at the beginning stages. There is sort of a plot being established but again it is still to early to really critique that either. Your writing style is smooth without being overly wordy. It is succinct and to the point which makes the reading go quicker. There were not a lot of grammatical errors, but I am not a writer so take that with a grain of salt. Keep writing!!"
