Haunted in the Hills

It was a normal day summer day in the small town of Bilberry fields, California a woman, known as Susan Meza, was just coming home after visiting her mom who had given her a doll with red hair and a big smile on its face. When she got home she made her herself dinner and ate, after that she sat in the living room and watched some tv. It was around 8:30pm when a loud SMASH was heard from the kitchen Susan was terrified. She grabbed a metal pole lying around and walked towards the kitchen taking the doll with her by accident. She walked carefully trying her best to not grab the attention of whoever or whatever had gotten into her house.

She walked into the kitchen and saw a human-like figure, tightening her grip on the pole she asked “who are you?” the figure turned around, it had no eyes its eye sockets were pure darkness it had a gun in its hand when Susan noticed she stepped back dropping the doll. The figure pointed its gun at Susan “w-wait please don’t” the figure walked closer to her and….” AHHHH!!!”. Susan fell on the floor dead the figure just looked at Susan and left the house leaving the door unlocked.

The next day…

There was no sign of Susan she had not gone to work or talk to anyone she had contact with. Her good friend, Sebastian Alamedas, decided to visit her. He walked up to the porch and pressed the doorbell, there was no reply “Susan? Are you there?” Sabastian asked, still no reply he tried to open the door and it was unlocked the door opened with a click Sabastian went inside and saw the place trashed “S-Susan you there?” no reply he went to the kitchen and saw Susan’s dead corpse lying on the ground blood everywhere and a smashed window. He was shocked and scared at the same time “w-who could d-done this?” Sabastian ran out of the house called 911 and waited for them to arrive. When the police and investigators arrived, they searched the house looking for any clues to the murder but it was to no avail. They had found fingerprints but they didn’t belong to anyone who was alive the person closest to the fingerprints found was Mr. Cleo Hughes a man who died years ago due to mysterious circumstances. They tried for almost a year to find the answer but couldn’t so they cleaned up Susan’s things and closed the case as unsolved

A few years later three girls named Becca, Taylor and Rachel were moving to their new house “hey, Bec?”

“yes, Rach?” “I thought they said that this place was haunted” “yeah but those are probably rumors“ Taylor replied before Becca could “ yeah Rach she’s right” Rachel was barely paying attention to what Becca was saying she was fascinated by the cute doll she found on the floor she picked it up “hmmm…what’s this?” she examined “ cute ill name her… Suzie” the rest of the day was spent moving things in and getting settled

The next day their friends came over to do a mini housewarming party

“so, what’s up with you guys” a friend of theirs, tom, asked “nothing much” replied Becca “yeah” Taylor said agreeing with Becca “well…I did find this doll yesterday” it was a white doll with dark red hair and a black bow she wore red overalls with a white and gray striped long-sleeved shirt and she had black button eyes

She looks like this except she was smiling:

“oh, where did you get that from?” asked another one of their friends, Robby, “I found it in the house while moving in…I named her Suzie” “oh that’s great…but where do you think it came from?” “I don’t know but…maybe it has something to do with an unsolved murder…” “what? What unsolved murder?” “okay so it says that years ago the was a woman Susan who was killed in this house” “r-really?” Becca asked “yep…they say that her friend Sabastian found her dead in he-” “how do we know that you aren’t lying to us?” Taylor said “well first our dad is a cop, Taylor and why would I lie to you all about something like this?” “good point” Robbie said “okay back to my story… she was found dead in her kitchen after a power outage- “and just as he said that the power went off “Hey! What happened” Rachel said “I knew this was one of Tom’s tricks” Taylor said looking at Tom even though no one else could see that she was “this isn’t one of my tricks I promise” “fine whatever ill just turn on the circuit breaker” Taylor said standing up and avoiding things in her path which was easy since she did a lot of the arranging when moving in then she went into the room with the circuit breaker and turned it on

Within the few months the three girls lived there have been plenty of strange things had happened to the girl in the house like: the disappearance of things and those things reappearing somewhere completely different, hearing footsteps even if there was no one else in the house and occasionally a touch or a slight push from nowhere and it only happened when they we alone in a room or most likely alone in the house. They didn’t want to tell the others because they thought that the others loved the house…but they didn’t they hated it

One day…

“hey, guys have you ever felt some kind of paranormal activities?” Rachel “yeah” Becca said “yeah me too” Taylor replied. After everyone told each other what’s been happening to each other they made a final decision to move out a few weeks later they were calm and settled in their new home “so…what happened to that doll of yours rach?” Becca asked “oh that I kept it where I found it when we were leaving” Rachel replied “good that thing was probably haunted or something” taylor said

They were just watching TV when BANG!!! A vase went across the living room and smashed the TV “*gasps*” “oh my gosh!!” “w-what just happened??” the three girls were terrified why was this happening? Why are they still being haunted if they left the house? But what they didn’t know was that the ghost had attached itself to the group. Now the paranormal activities were getting must worse to the point where the had to ask for help they called paranormal investigators toc help and they brought a exorcist. When they arrived they rang on the doorbell of the house there was no reply they tried opening the door and it was unlocked they walked to the living room there was nobody there they went to the kitchen and

The three girls were there their eyes had been pulled out leaving darkness in their eye sockets then one of the investigators found the doll on the floor “ cute…ill name her…Rachel
