Chapter 1
Hi my name is Dililah I’m a 12 year old girl who was told she would never be able to do what other apparently “normal” kids could do. The fact they had no clue what they were talking about and that nothing was impossible was literally making me fight so much harder to do stuff anyone can do. I was only 10 when this happened and since then I’ve been rushing from hospital to home to hospital to home I’ve never really seen my room I’ve mainly been stuck in a hospital bed which feels like my whole life. I’m not sure how to explain what I’ve gone through but I can try. It was the night the night of the fire someone nearby had not had permission to light a fire my dad was working and my my mum had to quickly rush to the hospital and grab a few medicines so this person had lit a fire and I was just up in my room watching some TV I started hearing someone slamming there hands on the door and screaming “GET OUT” if it wasnt for that person I wouldn’t be alive right now there was fire everywhere and I couldn’t escape I grabbed my phone and my dog who was lying next to me I realised the trampoline down in the garden and I opened up my window grabbed onto the dog and jumped down onto the trampoline but While I jumped I kinda hurt my ankles and my hands which damaged me a lot I’m still traumatised from the experience.
