Summary

A doctor marries an Amish woman who is not what she seems. The Story Begins: With the same olé man meets a beautiful woman type scenario and they fall deeply, happily in love and marry with a great family base as they are in similar lifestyles, likes, and dislikes, etc. However, Judith is Amish and her husband, Dr. Joe is not, and he is an E.R. Doctor, yet, she has a Doctorate from MIT, was a working professor there, and is a great inventor, and to top it all off she is a Dr. Doolittle type as well. Her twin sister Judy is the direct opposite of her: Tattoos, Marilyn Manson type music, rebellious, yet conforms secretly to the Amish mandates along with her tattoo artist, Randy. Her and her dad Bill live in the same room together and she is very protective of him and allows no one to enter ever, except of course her ink doctor, Randy. Nevertheless, this is not what it seems as some stories go in that one spouse is hiding a deep and dark secret. And the Amish wife is the one who is hiding a really, really bad one as she was infected at her science lab in the basement of her large centuries old Amish mansion during an experiment where she is trying to save her dad and twin sister from a debilitating cancer. When Kenny, her pet chimp, knocks over a beaker of blue goo into her favorite coffee is where she is changed, and with terrible consequences.
