"I thought the story line was interesting. I could definitely tell that you put effort into developing an engaging story. I thought some events and characters were kind of glazed over/fazed out, but I also know that this story is not complete and these issues might be ironed out later. I know Sesil's mom is dependent on income earned by Sesil, so how is she getting by without her income? What ever happened to Mara and Jason? What's happening with school? Sesil has been absent for a month from the university! The plot line needs to be further developed. It can't just be about REVENGE. I got the inkling that Greyson and Sesil might also be mates. How interesting would that toxic trio be? I am on the fence about your writing style. You use a lot of obscure or not readily used words in your story. Don't get me wrong, I like the challenge of having to go look up a word but sometimes the word seemed wrongly placed once I looked it up. Some of your wordage was confusing as well (i.e. "My eyes widen, the taste of not being able to do anything is spreading a bitter flavor in my mouth, I hang up both of my eyes staring at the roof." p.63). This statement is intriguing but also slightly confusing. There are many lines like this one throughout the story that take away from the story. I am not a writer, but I do like to read. I did enjoy your book and I am looking forward to seeing where it will develop from here."
