Chapter one
Kate was having a normal day after work she went home and watched some funny kpop moments videos.
“Why is my life so boring?” You see Kate is a loner always has been and always will be. She’s not very good at making friends outside of kpop and anime.
“Maybe I should get a boyfriend? I can’t even get a friend how am I supposed to get a boyfriend?” Kate has never had a boyfriend in her 28years of living kind of sad.
“It’s 9:30 pm I should get some cake” It’s Kate’s 29th birthday Unfortunately her parents can’t make and she has no siblings so she has to celebrate alone in her sad-looking apartment. Kate gets dressed and heads out.
After Kate gets her cake she makes sure not to drop it. Kate starts walking back to her apartment holding the cake close to her chest. Kate made it safe to the apartment safely with the cake but can’t shake off the feeling she forgot something.
“I feel like I’m forgetting something but I can’t put my finger on it,” Kate thought as she was opening the cake and cutting a piece off. “At least I get to have this all cake for myself” “Oh yeah the candle” Kate then put a candle on her slice of cake and lit it up.“What should I wish for money? to be pretty? I should wish for something I have always wanted” Kate said
“I got it I’ll wish to be a kpop idol” Kate then made her wish and blew out the candle. little did Kate know her wish would come true.
“Goodness this cake is so good” Kate stated as she ate the strawberry cake. Kate then decided to take a nice late-night walk.
Kate was walking when she saw a dog in the middle of the road. Kate looked left and right to see that there were no cars. She then ran to the dog and picked it up and was walking back to the sidewalk when she heard a honk and a big truck was the last thing Kate saw before she died.
“A truck really a truck I died because of a truck”
“I know it’s really sad”
“God is that you?”
“no”
“Satan is that you?”
“no”
“Then who are you?”
“I’m a system”
“Ok”
“So what do you do?”
“You see you have been living a pretty boring life. So I’m going to help by making your dream of becoming a kpop idol true.
“This has to joke!!!!!!”
“It’s not a joke I will help you become a kpop idol”
“So how are you going to help me?”
“well you see I’m going to take you back in time to 1995 as a baby in Korea. From there you will have challenges and hints from me to help you win a skill”
“So I get reborn, do challenges and win a skill that will help me with becoming a kpop idol sounds like fun”
“Yes it will be fun now here are the starter skills you need to win to have”

“There will be more skills to add on later. But these are the basics”
“I should give you a name?”
“Can’t you just call me System?”
“I’ll call you Jeff”
“Really Jeff is that the best you can come up with???”
“Shut up Jeff and let’s get started on my Kpop dream”
