Your last name is gonna be Ito out of convenience, sorry?
It's not like you don't use the honorifics for the names, I (the author) just forget to write them or don't want them included but you won't not see them in the story occasionally.
You're cousins are Miya Osamu and Miya Atsumu. You don't go around sharing that information, but it's not like you're hiding it either. You won't willingly bring it up, but if someone happens to ask you, there's no reason to deny it.

Notes about the story/characters itself:
BEST READ IN DARK MODE
This is supposed to be a short story, somewhere between 20-25 chapters, but I don't really know yet and knowing me it'll probably end up 30+ chapters or not at all.
I am aiming for chapters to have 600-800 words, but will more likely average around 1K words.
There will be mild swearing and strong language.
I am trying to stick to the cannon personalities and not the fannon personalities for characters like Suga, Hinata and even Yamaguchi. But I also know they won't be perfect so please don't be too upset if you see a character acting a certain way that they wouldn't in the show/manga. This is just a fanfiction and not the actual plot line, please remember that. And I'm positive that Kiyoko will be out of character through out the book for sure.
about the characters personalities; i'm not trying to soften or "uwu" them like the fandom usually has before. but that is also directed more towards sugawara, yamaguchi and hinata. suna skates. he's kinda a skater boy, but i don't mean smoker/weed suna. i'm mean strictly: likes volleyball and skating suna. i also know that's not necessarily canon, but as we don't know much about him, i can be a lot more flexible with him and his personality.
VERY IMPORTANT ABOUT [Y/N]: i take a lot of my inspiration from myself and what i would do in these situations. granted that's not very reader-insert of me, [y/n] would be a lost cause and a loose canon if i tried to base her off every reader's personality or personality type. i know you might not do something that [y/n] does, but this is a fictional plot, so it doesn't really matter. sorry, i just feel the need to point that out.
This story will switch between point of views, occasionally, and when I say that I mean it can go between [Y/N]'s POV to a third person POV at Inarizaki. I will label beforehand when that happens.
If I randomly switch between [y/n] pronouns to first person, to third I am so sorry. It's like a muscle memory kind of thing and I do it subconsciously and unintentionally. I try to stick to first-person POV (I, me, my)/pronouns but don't always catch my mistakes. Sorry.
This is an original idea I had, but I don't know if anyone else has written. And tbh there's probably a lot of similar plots but this specific story is my writing and creativity.
