Chapter 1
“W-who are you?”
Alright, let’s take this all the way from the start!
Ash Carter, an inventor. They were working on an experiment but it malfunctioned horribly. Like really horribly. It sent, not only them but someone else to the present time! That’s right, Ash is indeed from the future.

“Alright! There, it should be done” Ash said happily before turning on the machine to make sure it worked. The machine they were working on was for a client that wanted something that could change a hot drink into a cold one quicker. Yes, it was already a thing but that was only a microwave. Their client wanted something that could do that but bigger...for whatever reason. Of course Ash had to test it out before giving it to their client.
The machine hummed and made weird sounds, nothing that Ash wasn’t used to, they heard it all before so they thought it was fine. Ash turned around putting away their tools back onto their respectful shelves. That was until the machine stopped and what Ash that, broke down. Ash sighed, annoyed and turned back around. “Maybe something’s wrong with the inside?” they questioned themselves. They opened the door to the machine and stepped in with their toolbox in hand. “Ah! I few missing screws and I forgot to modify a few things it looks like” they smiled to themselves taking out a screwdriver “I’ll work on that and then i’ll see what happened to the outside if there’s a problem there as well”
Suddenly the door closed and immediately started. Shock grew on Ash’s face as they went and banged on the door. The machine started and Ash calmed down abit. They didn’t fix anything yet and the machine didn’t work the first time so they decided to wait. They picked up the toolkit, whipped their face with a cloth before cleaning their glasses off. What surprised them the most was the fact that it seemed like they heard someone outside. It wasn’t anyone they recognized though which scared them. The only ones allowed in their office / laboratory were people they accepted in with the help with the pad at the door. Meaning if they didn’t recognize the voice it must be an intruder right?

Felix Willow is a prince from the past. All he was doing was walking in his garden taking a break from his duties. Not to mention he was tired of flirting with the females in his town, village and even his own maids. That was until a strange object appeared in front of him and he saw that near the entrance of the strange machine which read “1/2 people needed”

Felix fixed his suit collar walking down his garden before sitting down at the fountain. ” I flirted with enough girls for today” he muttered fixing his brown hair. “Look at how his eyes sparkle in the fountain” he mimicked one of his maids laughing out loud. He stared out the fountain gushing out water from the top then going back into the bowl it was made on so it can repeat the same old progress. He sighed before standing up again. His father said he needed to find a queen to court soon and he will make a date to meet with different princess to see which he wanted to wed. That’s how it always was. The prince of any royal family will eventually need to find a queen and their father will pick out different princess for the prince to choose from. Occasionally the king will pick one of the townsfolk or villagefolk to also become an option which would be the best day of their life if they did get chosen.
Felix didn’t mind it, he didn’t like talking to anyone other than his other friends. All the woman did was just give cook, clean and give birth if they were poor but if they were royalty all they did was give birth. No love was needed, woman needed men.....right? That’s how everyone treated woman, if some woman themselves. The only good thing about the king and queens ruling was the fact that they didn’t make people of colour slaves and didn’t discriminate against them either. However that didn’t stop the others from doing the same. and of course the protested about this
The king and queen did nothing to stop this as they stated that “Isn’t it enough that we treat them the same? We’re doing them a favor for treating them like this so they should stop complaining” Felix of course believed this as well being influenced by his family. He thought that by his family not making them slaves it was fair. Though part of him said it didn’t but he chose to ignore this.
Whilst walking over to the garden maze he heard a loud sound. He ran over to see a strange machine. “The hell is that!” he yelled. He quickly walked over, ignoring the sounds from inside. He wanted to check it out before telling his servants. “1/2 people needed” He touched the entrance which opened instantly once he touched it. “Gah!” he yelled as he tripped inside as the door closed. “H-huh? Hey! Let.Me.Out” he banged on the door. “Don’t bother” said a voice behind him. He turned to see a someone with dark blue hair, glasses and brown skin. “Hey, if you’re one of the ones that’s going to complain to my mother or father about ‘not getting the same treatment’ then get me out of it” Felix said huffing staring at the green, brown eyes in front of him. Ash sighed looking at the brown haired, blue eyes prince. “Look I messed something up, i’m not going to comp-” Ash said trying to reason but Felix cut them off. The bickered a lot until the door opened. Felix quickly ran out scared to where he was now whilst Ash was looking around the room in amazement.

Ichika Blossom. Her mothers Japanese which granted her the japanese name. She is in the current time period we all know about. All she wanted was to get a snack and a drink before coming back to her room to binge watch Haikyuu! She never expected to see two people wearing completely different outfits in her room.

“Ichika! Did you finish your homework?” her mom called. “mm? mhm!” Ichika said with a mouthful of Doritos before rushing upstairs. She went to her room and dumped the snacks and drinks onto her table. Looking over to her bag, she remembered the work she had to finish. Online school really sucked, she disliked it alot but she prefer this than actual school. With kids running around, making out and some making fun of her she really enjoyed online school compared to it.
She took her bag before tying up her raven hair looking at her yellow tips smiling before talking out her workbook and pencil case. Why did she dye her hair like that? She wanted to match with Nishinoya! Though the colour he had, she couldn’t find the dye for, so she settled on yellow. It took awhile for her to finish she exclaimed happily before packing up, cleaning her desk of snacks and drinks. Before starting up her computer to watch Haikyuu! with the snacks she had left before having to go to bed. Unfortunately for her, right on cue when she was just about to tap play, she heard two people talking. A male voice and a another voice she couldn’t really tell the gender of.
Ichika sighed before turning to see two people in her room. One being amazed and the other being annoyed. The annoyed one had fluffy brown hair with sky blue eyes. His clothes seemed to give her the impression that he was either a prince or someone cosplayer as one. Whilst the other one had dark blue, half shaved hair to their shoulders and heterochromatic eyes. One being green the other being the other brown. They wore an outfit which to Ichika, told her that they were either a scientist, mechanic or an inventor.
“W-who are you!”
Now I think we’re back on track, why not continue?
Ash turned and smiled “Hiya! The names Ash Carter!” they said smiling. Ichika nodded “Uh, you don’t happen to use them/them pronouns do you?” Ash nodded at the question. “They/them? Those aren’t pronouns they can’t refer to someone” Felix said coming up behind Ash. “There’s only two genders, is there not?” Ash was immediately pissed out that. “Well biologically there are two chromosomes which are also called sexes but there’s more than two genders. Some people aren’t comfortable with being male or female but they are comfortable being called they/them, make sense princy?” Felix was nearly offended at their words but took in their words in. He slowly nodded beforeing eyeing Ichika. “Greetings I’m Felix Willow, Prince of palace” Ichika gave a surprised face but started “Well... I’m Ichika Blossom and um...yeah” Ichika said mumbling. “Alright, where are we?” Ash asked. “My home?” Ash shook their head. “Sorry, what year are we? Everything looks so....old” Ichika tilted her head. “2021?”
“WHAT?!?”
