Intriguing start...
"Interesting start to the story. I like the mystery of why she was sentenced to life in prison basically at birth. Several other intriguing storylines to follow as well, such as the coin and the dusty book. This is setup very nicely to go in many different directions. If I was to give some advice I would just say to watch the comma usage. There are several run on sentences throughout that could be reworded a bit and made a little more concise for the reader. Will definitely check out any chapters that follow."
