Kirishima is The king and goes to an omega trade and rescues all the omegas but one. The one he couldn't rescue in time would be his mate. For alphas to know it's their mate, they'll have a special scent on the omega. For betas, it's being in close range and for omegas, they need to either hear the voice of an alpha/beta or touch the person. Everyone in the story can hear their soulmate sing in their head. Anyway, when trying to hunt down the last omega they couldn't save, a stray omega comes to Kirishima's land, and his guards take him to a dungeon and torment him until Kirishima comes back from a meeting of other alphas a few days later. When he smells his mate, he goes right to the dungeon and sees his little mate all hurt and stuff. So, Kirishima, as slow as he could, goes to his mate only to see him look absolutely terrified. The omega trade would need him to see if they were going to make him fight,So they would blind only one of his eyes. But then the guards hurting izu, makes izuku blind in the other eyes.
