Arrival
Olivia is sitting in her seat in first class on a plane on the way to New Hampshire talking to her beta Luca.
''Are you excited to see Sam '' Luca asks with a bit of worry in his voice.
''Yes, and why do you sound worried and don't you dare say you're not cause I know you.''
''Its just she mated with a baby on the way and your ar-''
''Don't fucking finish that sentence I'm fine as who I am and I'm very happy, thank you very much.''
''Okay okay, sorry.''
''Well I got to go Luca I will call you when I get to Sam's.''
Olivia hung up on Luca then sat back in her seat. But she couldn't help but wonder what would happen if she did find her mate. Or if they would have kids and baby showers. Olivia shakes her head a bit and puts those thoughts in the back of her head.
Olivia decides to take a quick cat nap and when she wakes up she gets dressed in the small bedroom on the plane cause she lands in an hour. She decides to put on a deep green cocktail dress and nude heels. She pulls her mid-length shiny black hair into a high ponytail and light makeup. And her forest green eyes popped with her dress.
Olivia took a seat and waited until they landed. When they landed not too long after she got off the plane and had her bags sent to her apartment she will be staying at till she goes back home to her pack. Before she heads to her apartment she takes a car she bought to get around while she's here and goes to Sam's and Marks place. They live in this two-story modern house cause they don't live in their packhouse. She and Sam met when they were in 3rd grade and had been friends ever since but when Sam met her mate Mark which is a beta she decided to switch packs.
Olivia drives about an hour to an hour and a half to Sam's house. When she gets there and as soon as her footsteps out of the car Sam comes running out of the house smiling running to her. As soon as she gets to her she hugs her.
Olivia, Mark, and Sam talk for a few hours and then Mark has to go and deal with some pack business.
''So are they any other packs around here,'' Olivia asked.
''Ummm...rogues aren't bad but they are this one other pack but there rumors of them being very abusive to the weaker ones'' Sam said.
They talk and catch up a little bit longer than Olivia decides it time to go to her apartment she ordered for the next two nights.
When she gets there she takes a shower then changes to a tank top with some underwear. But then she hears a howl far out into the woods which is miles and miles from the hotel she's staying at. Olivia knows that howl means someone is running from them and she knows that she should just stay out of it but she is already putting her jeans on and heading out the door.
Olivia runs and runs to the woods which is not really hard since she is an alpha. But then she finds a large man kicking on a guy on the ground which she can't see clearly who it is.
''What the fuck are you doing'' Olivia yells.
The large man turns around and Olivia can tell he's an alpha.
''He's in my pack so I do I'll do whatever the fuck I want bitch.''
'' Either you back off and walk away or I'll rip your fucking head off and I think I'm pretty good at keeping my word,'' Olivia says getting angry.
''Oh really bring it o-''
Before he finishes his sentence Olivia has her hand around his throat and him pinned against a tree.
''Your not the only alpha, now your last chance to back off and go back to where ever the hell you came from or we can do the whole riping head off thing if you like'' Olivia said smirking a bit.
''You'll regret this'' he said clenching his jaw.
Olivia let go'' now go'' She said.
Then he ran off and she turned to the guy. He was still laying in his curled-up position.
''Get up, now'' Olivia said using her alpha voice.
When he got up his honey brown eyes met hers.
''Ma- ma- mate''. He said stuttering.
Olivia took a moment to look at him. he had dark brown hair with it shorter on the sides and longer on the top with a bit slim body type and she could tell because of his ripped clothes.
'' Are you okay, don't worry I won't hurt you.''
He fell onto the ground and started crying . Olivia didn't understand why he was sad.
''What's wrong'' Olivia said trying to have a sweet voice as she bent down on her knees.
He wouldn't look up at her. ''I heard you, yo- your a-an alpha. I kn-kn know you do-don't want someone w-weak.
Olivia picked his head up with her hands so she could look him in the eyes.
''Come on, get up we can talk at the apartment at this hotel I'm staying at.''
Olivia knew that he was an omega and she knew her position is not going anywhere but he is her mate and she couldn't just leave him out there. And he just smelled like pine with some sweetness of some kind she couldn't help but bring him with her.
