Amazing Story Overall!!!

"The story started slowly for me as the author tried to introduce to me the feel of the world and the characters. After the initial introductions the pace of the story sped up a pinch which is the pace to my linking. The characters were well conceptualized each having their own persona. Makes me want to hear more adventures from them. The highlight of the entire short novel is the details of the battle scenes. The rampage of the opponents champion to the frontline was well described that I imagined a scene from the movie 300. Many details were well though of I can also highlight casting of the haste spell using a red gem makes me imagine casting of the mardu charm in Magic The Gathering. I really enjoyed how I can imagine multiple games and movies in relation to this story.. Some terms are not really common so it needs a little getting used but not something you wouldn't understand if you read the sentences and the paragraphs or phrases as a whole or quite a few times. This was a fun read and I would recommend this to others. I will definitely await the next installment and more detailed war stories and battle scenes."
