“Get up.” the first guard said tugging the tiny male’s arm. a whimper rising from his throat.

“Wait... I recognize this kid.”

“This kid is from the Kiti pack. Why are they so far from their pack though?”

“Who knows.”

“What’s the holdup you two? Alpha wants to get moving again.”

“We found a kid. From the Kiti pack!”

“The Kiti pack... You mean our enemies?” The third person asked. The small male heard the footsteps come near him.

“Let’s take ’em to alpha. Let him decide what we should do with it.” The kid was grabbed again. Yanked up to his feet. He was being dragged by the third guard. It hurt his arm a lot. Since he was weak.

Soon enough they stopped. The boy never looking up. “Alpha.” The third guard said. “Hm~ my ~ what have you seemed to bring this night?” A snisting voice purred. “We found a kid from the Kiti pack.” He said.

“The Kiti pack? How would a kid get away from that pack?” The alpha asked. “I’m unaware. We found him by the side of the path.” The guard said. “Is he a pup?” The alpha had stood. Coming towards the kid.

“Look up.” The alpha ordered the kid. The small and frail child looked up. Seeing the green-haired alpha. His slit eyes looking at him. “Are you a pup?” He asked. The small male nodded. “How could a pup like you escape from such a powerful pack?~“.

The pup didn’t answer. “Do you wish to go back to your pack?“. The pup shook his head. “Well since you’re still a pup~ how about you come to our pack? You have a better chance of survival here. With us~“. The pup looked up at the alpha. “You seem to like that~“.

The alpha took the pup from the guard. “Welcome to the Hebi clan. You have a name?“. “K-k-kuroo..“. The alpha turned. “We’re taking him in. He’ll be a great value to us.”.

The pup just kept his eyes down. The alpha took him back to his hut. “We’ll begin our tread back to the palace in the morning.” He said. He set the puppy down as he grabbed a pillow and a few extra blankets. Placing them down in a bed-like area.

“Sleep.” The alpha said. The pup nodded. Laying on the make-shift bed and closed his eyes. Falling into a light sleep.
