Chapter 1
(y/n): “Dad, I’m nervous. What if I don’t make any friends? What if the people judge me because of what I’m wearing or how I look?”
Dad: “Darlin’, you’re wearing a uniform, everyone wears the same thing. And, in my opinion, your more beautiful than anyone here.”
(y/n): (gives him a whatever look) “You have to say that, you’re my dad.”
Dad: “Not necessarily. You’re gonna be late for class, have fun! Love ya.”
(y/n): (nervously) “Love you too....”
I get out of the car and shut the door behind me. I walk to the front, and on the way there I hear whispers such as: “Omg-- is she new?!!?, She’s gorgeous!!! Ha, Kuroo’s gonna immediately hit on her.” Opening the doors slowly, I walked into the school. ‘There are so many new, strange people’, I thought. A girl bumped into me as I was examining the pretty tiles on the floor.
Girl: OHMYJESUS I AM SO SORRY ARE YOU OK?!??
(y/n): yea I’m ok, are you?
Girl: yea, just a little sore. I’m Sakura Takahashi, what’s your name?
(y/n): oh, I’m (y/n). Doesn’t Sakura mean-
Sakura: yes I know, cherry blossom.
(y/n): yea.... (with a warm smile) pretty.
Sakura: thanks, what’s your first?
(y/n): oh, it’s English.
Sakura: (Gasp) me tooo!!! Wanna walk together?
(y/n): (smiles sweetly) sure.
We walk together to first, on the way there we were about to bump into a group of guys when Sakura pushes me out of the way so we can avoid them. Unfortunately (or fortunately y’know it could be either one, it is only the first chapter😉) for me, one of them turned around as soon as we got out of the way and he took a step to the left so he could stand right in front of me. I was looking down, blushing, but then I saw his feet and slowly looked up to see a 6′1 guy (did I mention extremely hot?!) staring down at me with a cocky smile.
Rooster (he looked like one ok): well hello there little kitten (flashes me another cocky smile)
(y/n): uhh... hi?
Sakura: leave her alone Kuroo
Rooster glares at Sakura then turns back to me.
Rooster: I’m Tetsuro Kuroo, who are you?
(y/n): um I’m (y/n), (giggles) you look like a rooster
Rooster: (with a irritated look) huh, cool I guess
Sakura: we have to get to first, (under breath) bye jackass
Rooster: (winks at me) see you later kitten
Timeskip to end of last period
I was packing up my stuff when I saw Kuroo walking past the door talking to his friends with shorts on, a white and red jacket on, and a volleyball in his hands. I was curious as to where he was going, so I followed him. He went to the volleyball gym and set his stuff down by the door. I walked in and sat down by his stuff (I really was curious I wasn’t trying to get his attention). I noticed a guy who was by the door, he was shorter than Kuroo, but still tall. He had yellow-ish hair with black at the top, it went down to the bottom of his ears. His eyes are what shocked me the most. They were cat-like, the little slivers and everything.
Rooster: hey Kenma, get your ass over here and set for me
Kenma (I guess that’s his name): k, just a sec
Rooster looked at Kenma, then his eyes found their way to me. He smirked and winked at me. My face immediately went to a cherry red and I put my head down, embarrassed. Kenma put his phone or gaming thing down and went over to Rooster. Some guy through the ball up towards Kenma, and he set the ball for Kuroo, while Kuroo ran over to the net. Then I saw something that was scary and amazing and awesome all rolled into one. Kuroo jumped up and smacked the ball down on the other side of the net, hard. I couldn’t believe my eyes. The guy who through the ball up for Kenma came over and sat by me. He was going to say something but had to force himself not to laugh when he saw my face. I was in utter disbelief. My jaw was practically on the floor and my eyes were as wide as peaches. He poked my shoulder and I came back to Earth. I looked over and saw another 6′1 guy looking at me.
Idk what to call him: Hey, I’m So Inuoka, I’m the middle blocker. You looked sick or shocked, are you ok?
(y/n): yea I’m fine, hi I’m (y/n), what did Kuroo just do???
Inuoka: oh, that’s called a spike. Kenma set the ball up for him and he spiked it, have you never played or watched volleyball before?
(y/n): I’ve seen a little bit, I know what a serve and a set is, but I’ve never seen anything like that
Inuoka: (chuckling to himself) yea it’s pretty cool
Rooster: (waggling his eyebrows goofily) hey kitten
(y/n): (giggling) hey Rooster
Inuoka got up and walked out because he got a call. Some random guy walked in and decided to start flirting with me.
Rando: hey hottie, wanna get outta here and go somewhere more private?
(y/n): nope I’m good, (flashed a sarcastic/irritated smile) thanks
Rando: oh, but it’ll be fun come on (grabs my arm and starts tugging)
(y/n): (starts getting scared) no, like I said, I’m good
Rando: (clearly irritated) no you’re coming with me
He grabs me and practically drags me to a deserted room in the school and pushes me against the wall while he closes the door.
Rando: now, you’re going to let me do whatever I want and ur gonna shut up and stay still
(y/n): (in between tears) n-no p-pl-please I’m-I’m be-gg-ing y-
Rando: shut up
He starts unbuttoning my shirt and kissing me
Kuroo pov:
Inuoka walked away from kitten and some creepy ass guy walked in and started flirting with her. He tugged on her arm then yanked her and started dragging her somewhere. I immediately stopped playing and got hit on the head with the ball and fell to the ground.
Lev: I AM SO SORRY KUROO ARE YOU OK
Kuroo: yea I’m fine
I got up and sprinted towards the direction I last saw them go while the teammates just stared. I looked in almost every room down the hallway where I saw them go, then found them in the farthest room from the beginning of the hall. I heard her crying softly and basically kicked the door down. He had his arms around her and he was kissing her neck (this is what pissed me off the most) while her shirt was unbuttoned and her skirt was on the floor.
Kuroo: (my nostrils were practically steaming with smoke) GET YOUR FUCKING HANDS AWAY FROM HER RIGHT NOW OR SO HELP ME I WILL KILL YOU
Rando: go away, let me have my fun, then you can have her
I stormed up to him and pushed him to the ground while punching the shit out of him.
(y/n): Kuroo st-stop please, y-you-you’re gonna get i-in tro-trouble
I stopped when I heard she was crying. I turned around and saw her on her knees, tears streaming down her face, a bruise on her neck and her wrist. I quickly went over to her and buttoned up her shirt while she put her skirt on.
Kuroo: come on lets get you ou-
She wrapped her arms around me and cried softly, her face in the crook of my neck. It was like her pain and sadness was radiating off of her. I decided to just sit here and hold her. Her grip on me got tighter as she cried harder. I picked her up, went to the gym, got her stuff, then walked out, completely missing the last half of practice. I didn’t care, she was safe now, and that’s all that mattered.
