Blah blah blah. Before we start, just know that you're wearing an oversized hoodie. You can imagine what kind it is and the color will be mentioned as [F/C]. You also have fur boots and stockings which you can also change color and imagine what kind they are. ALSO you are 14, while Mono is 15 and Six further in the book will be 15 too. That's all you should know I guess!

You woke up in a forest, surrounded by trees and a few leaves covering your body. You couldn't remember anything about your past or even how did you ended up here in the first place. You glanced at your attire before you got up and looked around, trying to find anyone or anything that might tell you about your surroundings. Walking a bit further into the slightly foggy forest, to an unknown direction, you saw a small hill. You climbed up and saw a TV, laying on the grass as it makes buzzing sounds.

Carefully walking up to it, you looked at the screen, only to find flashes of black and white. Suddenly, the noise it emitted became louder. As you took a few steps back, you tripped on your own legs and fell on your butt. You winced as the screen got brighter and the buzzing louder with each second. Closing your eyes and covering your ears, you backed away.

When it all stopped, you felt something heavy fall onto your body, both of you tumbling a little before you were on the grass pinned down. As you opened your eyes to look at what just assaulted you, you were met with a paper bag with two holes for eyes. Too shocked to muster up any words, the two of you just looked at each other trying to process what happened.

After a while the person suddenly spoke "um... Hi...?". Finally realizing what just happened, you threw them off of you before you unsheathed a dagger from your thigh (Oh forgot to mention, you have a dagger on your left thigh) and pinned them down, putting your dagger dangerously close to their neck and said "Who are you?" glaring at them. "My name is Mono" he said, his voice trembling slightly, knowing that if he made a wrong move, you'd hurt him, hell, even KILL him if he looked at you the wrong way! "How did you get here? Why did you attack me?" You asked. "I-I don't remember anything except my name! I-I was thrown out of that TV a-and accidentally fell on you! I swear I didn't mean to! So please just don't hurt me!!" He begged.

You hesitantly took away your dagger and got up. "Thank you! Thank you thank you thank you!!" Mono said and hugged you. You pushed him off lightly "Yeah just- don't do that again or I might do something you won't really like". He nodded "So... What's your name? I told you mine so you should tell me yours!" as Mono got up he looked at you expectantly, waiting for you to answer. "It's [Y/N]" you spat. "Well it's nice to meet you [Y/N]!" He said happily. You slightly chuckled at his happy attitude. You started walking away, Mono looked at you wondering where are you heading to. "Well? Are you just gonna stand there or do you want me to carry you?" You asked. Mono blushed slightly and ran towards you embarrassed.

You two walked forward. Walking silently you glanced at Mono, memorizing his appearance, style of walking and how he acts. He was wearing a long brown coat and brown pants, he also wore a paper bag on his head, yet no shoes to protect his feet. You thought about getting him some shoes as soon as you stumble upon a shop or something.

After a few seconds you saw a small cliff. Looking around you saw a corpse laying under the other side of the cliff and cringed. Mono noticed the sudden change of expression and looked at what you were staring at, cringing himself. You looked back at the small gap between the two cliffs, deducing that it is possible to jump to the other side. You took a few steps back and jumped on the other side. Successfully making it, you called out to Mono "Hey! Don't just stand there! Something might kill you if you're so careless!". He looked your way before jumping on the other side, copying what you did a few seconds ago.

As you two walked further into the forest, you found a cage under a tree, roots grew around it and it looked pretty rusty. Mono pulled on the cage, opening it and going inside the small burrow-like hallway. You followed behind him, not trusting him with walking behind your very much stabable (?) back.

As you got out, a sharp stench of rotten flesh hit your nose. As quickly as you smelt it, you covered your sensitive nose before you could pass out. You looked around trying to find the source of smell, only to find a huge bag of corpses hanging from a tree with a few body parts sticking out of the holes.

You followed Mono and climbed up another cliff, leaving the stinky bag of rotten flesh and maggots behind. You were trailing behind Mono, since you walk a little bit slower than him. Jumping off a fallen log, you almost fell on Mono. Luckily, before that could happen you forced your body to the right, falling right next to him. Again, you had to climb up. You went up and looked at the poorly made and very obvious trap. Jumping through the rope, you told Mono about the trap. He dodged it easily, catching up to you now by a crate and pushing it to jump off of it as a boost to now a taller cliff. You again went through a small tunnel, but this time the roots covered the exit. You squeezed through and suddenly heard a sound of something falling. As Mono still tried to get out the tunnel, you grabbed his hand and yelled "C'mon we don't have time!" and ran as fast as possible before the log could crush both of you. As you two ran, you haven't heard the huge log tumbling down behind you anymore as a tree trunk stopped it from moving.

You gasped for air, regaining your posture and looked at Mono, who was panting quietly with his hands on his knees. "Thanks for saving my life" He panted out. "Having someone as company is much better than just walking around the woods myself. It gives you this feeling of safety, knowing that you're not alone" you said back. You couldn't see his face, but you can tell that he was smiling.
