June 4th 1970 2 year since sal marcano was killed by Lincoln clay as now vito scaletta owns all of new bordeaux as he is slowly expanding north .With new bordeaux his,he decide to make some of his friends undertones and lineuents.As he made his closes friend he knew alma his underboss dispite being a girl.Vito with the money he has decide to make a restaurant and names it after his dead mum as it constructed, he make the order and menu.the menu would be based on his mother cooking. Af finishing getting the restaurant ready vito men put flyers for it in the city and cities outside new bordeaux. As some of the flyer went to lost heaven and empire bay.With the flyer ready ,vito would be in the hotel that sal build before he died for the casino as customer comes to the restaurant called Donna Maria. As everyone come to see the newly built restaurant. As families come and eat and enjoy.vito from hearing men call him to say the people love it make vito happy. However 2 week later a family comes to the restaurant a family of 6 4 children and 2 adults. They get there food from the restaurant and dine on the table.As they love the food the middle age woman would ask the waiter who own this place .the waiter replied 'Don scarletta '.the woman would ask 'vito scaletta '
