Davina's POV:
*ding dong, ding dong* As I hear the school bell I rush to my class before the teacher gets there. As I found my seat and took out my books our teacher announced that there was a new student joining our class. I wasn’t paying attention to what she had just said I was too busy on my phone texting my best friend. As I was texting our class door opened and a handsome guy came in. He had the most beautiful dark green eyes, brown curly hair and the perfect jawline. He’s so dreamy I said to myself lucky no one heard me. I was in my own world when my teacher Ms.Smith brought me back to reality when she told the. New student to introduce himself.
“Good-afternoon everyone, I’m Mike nice too meet you all” he said . As I was too busy looking at him I didn’t hear Ms.Smith call out my name.
“Davina! Davina! DAVINA!” she yelled out. I jumped from my seat and everyone laughed, I must have looked like and idiot. I was too embarrassed that I hid my face with my books.
“Davina, how many times have I caught you spacing out during class. If I catch you one more time you’re punishment will be to stand outside the class until it ends. Now will you show our new class mate his seat and after school I want you to give him a tour of the school. Understood young lady.”
“Understood Ms.Smith”
I showed him his seat and went to go sit at mine and the class started. I couldn’t help but think of mike; I mean I haven’t seen anyone as perfect as him.
Mike’s POV:
Class had just ended so I gathered my books and went to go find Davina. Luckily she was still at her seat.
“Hey Davina”
“H..h..hey Mike, how can I help you”
“Did you forget already? Ms.Smith asked you to give me a tour around the school.”
“O..o..oh yeah that” she said looking so nervous.
She got out of her seat took her books and lead the way. “This is the math room, that one over there is the science lab, that’s the book club...”
I don’t think I heard anything else she said after, I was so mesmerized by her looks. She looked so innocent and cute. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone like her. “I need to stop staring at her” I told myself. I was so lost in my own world but soon I was cut off by a girl coming towards me.
“Hey there handsome” she said
“What do you want bell” said Davina, she seemed pretty angry
“I wasn’t talking to you so shut it loser” bell snapped back at her
“Ummm... who are you and why are you talking to Davian like that, isn’t that pretty rude.” I was pretty irritated by bell, I mean who does she think she is to talk to Davian like that.
“Everyone knows that she’s the girl her boyfriend left because she was poor”
I turned to Davian and saw that she had tears in her eyes. I felt like my chest was tightening, I was devastated. How can she just talk to my Davina like that. I turned to Davina and embraced her tightly. She looked shocked at first then she hugged me back and started crying.
“Eww are you two lovers or what, and what the hell how can you embrace her like that she’s disgusting” bell said laughing
“Yeah so what she’s my girlfriend” I held Davina’s hand and kissed it. She was so shocked
“You just got here new boy just wait and see you’ll know the real her and by that time you’ll leave her just like her other boyfriend did. I’ll be waiting for you to come to me. After all no one can resist me Bell the head cheerleader.” She filled her hair and started to leave.
”you’ll have to wait forever then” I said. She turned around towards me confused.
“What’s that suppose to mean new boy” she said walking back. “I’ll show you” I said with a smirk. I turned to Davina who was still crying and held her up in my arms and kissed her.
