The Beginning..
It's a normal day while you take a scroll through multiple channels on your T.V with kuroo and kenma who just crashed your place because they felt like it, in there words. Kenma was sitting in the recliner on his switch while you layed your head in kuroo's lap trying to find something interesting. Yall went dating but, you both were really close so it didnt bother anyone. Suddenly you hear a fast and loud BANM! BANM! BANM! On the door. Everyone jolts up in suprise until you hear a frantic yell.0
KUROO, Y/N, KENMA! OPEN QUICK!
you quickly get up and bolt to the door, realizing the voice of Yaku, but why was he yelling it's 10:00 at night?
You open the door to see yaku and lev panting covered in sweat.
Did yall run all the way over here! You say while opening the door bigger so they can come in while kuroo hands them a cold water.
Just wait! Lev says as he grabs the remote from the glass table and switches to the news. The T.V is shown of a older man talking about an apocalypse and how the whole world is going into a shut down everyone for themselves. Suddenly all the lights go out, and you run to your drawer in the kitchen for spare flashlights. You hand everyone a flashlight except kenma because you didnt have anymore.
You walk up to lev and yaku in a serious voice, What's going on you two.
They both look down with terror in their eyes but still tell you what's going on as far as they know.
Lev and I were watching the news when we heard about what yall just heard. Apparently a virus got into contact with the public and is now bringing hectic to the world. We were running because.....you noticed yaku shaking a little so you grab his hands and ask if lev could finish, who was taking breathing exercises to calm himself. Lev begins to finish yaku's explanation.
We were being chased by one of them. We took a detour here so they wont be at your house but still! It's only a matter of time before one of us became one too! Lev begins to ramble out of fright.
You look at kuroo who was in a huge shock with a lost of words while kenma turned his switch off to save power and started to pay attention to the conversation realizing its serious and not a prank the other two were playing on yall.
You think for a minute before asking, Yaku. Lev. You have to tell us, do you know how it spread?
Yaku and lev shake their heads, and tells yall that it's in the air. When you become in at least a mile radius of them and breathe you could also become infected.
With that information your brain clicked and you sprinted upstairs to your room and grabbed a old box that had, "JUNK" written on the sides. You dump everything out and find 7 gas masks for everyone with a few to spare. You've had these since middle school when you always spray painted things as a small hobby. Luckily you never threw them away. You continue to keep looking when you find 6 walki talkies from 2 years ago when yall played a operative game. After gathering the equipment you walked back down stairs and the boys who were making plans on what the next step is.
Hey, I got us somethings we will need. You explain to the group who walk over to you and grab one of each. Since there is a good chance we will not have electricity anymore we cant rely on modern technology anymore. These walki Talkies are a good kind and have good batteries so we need to stay in contact with these if we ever have to split up. Now, I also have gas maks to use anytime we go outside so we dont get infected by the virus. You say in a steady voice while the group begins to check everything. Kuroo grabs the paper they were gathered around and shows you what they were doing. While you were getting that stuff we thought of other things we will need as well, but some of these things require us to look for them. Kuroo says while you focus on reading the list.

You look around the house and know that you have most of the items listed but not all. You speak up after reading when you realize something. We need to wear clothes with lots of pockets and have a backpack or any sort of bag we can run with while things are in it, you say earning a nod from them all. Yaku, Lev we can stop by at yalls house once kuroo kenma and I change into better clothes for this unfortunate event. You and the two guys walk up to your room and you look in your closet. Kuroo and kenma basically live here even tho they have their own house so they have a spot just for their clothes. You find black cargo pants with a red shirt and you grab a red and black hoodie just in case it gets cold while on yalls adventure. You walk to your bathroom and change while kuroo and kenma change in your room. You walk out when you feel a pair of hands grab your waist and you jolt up about to hit when you see its kuroo. He is wearing dark grey cargo pants with a black shirt and a grey hoodie in his hands. You sigh in relief and ask what he is doing. Kuroo leans down and puts his head in the crook of your neck thinking.
How are you so calm about of this? Are you not scared? He ask in curiosity. You can tell kuroo needed peace of mind after everything that's happening. So you turn around and hug him telling him just how scared you are to, but you have to stay strong for the others so they dont freak out. You look up at him and smile.
I also feel safe as long as your here, I know you can protect me. You ensure him as he relaxes and hugs you tightly. Yall let go and walk back to the other boys who were waiting for you and kuroo. Everyone nods in acknowledgement that everyone is ready and yall head out. What no one knew was just how dangerous and crazy things were about to get from here on out.
