Summary

In the early 1400s, Princess Mohana was born to break every rule of a kingdom built on tradition. The youngest daughter of King Amish and Queen Megha, she refused silk gowns for armor, etiquette for strategy, and submission for rebellion. Her heart belonged to the battlefield, her spirit untamed… until Rudra came. Prince Rudra, heir to the powerful kingdom of Avela, is a storm cloaked in ice—cold, commanding, and dangerously insatiable. He doesn’t want to tame her. He doesn’t want her to bend. He wants to consume every flicker of defiance, to claim her heart and body as his alone. When desire clashes with duty, Mohana is caught in a perilous game of fire and obsession. Every glance from Rudra sears, every command tempts, and every touch threatens to burn down the walls she’s built around herself. Resistance is impossible. Surrender is irresistible. In a world of political intrigue, forbidden passion, and dangerous obsessions, one question remains: can a woman who refuses to submit survive a man who refuses to let go? ******* “You think you have a choice?” he whispered, leaning close so that his breath fanned her ear. “I choose for both of us. You are mine, Mohana. Do you feel that? The way I’ll have you, the way I will bend your fire to me? And yet…” His lips brushed against her jaw, teasing, claiming. “I will never break your spirit. Only… consume it.”

Foreword

In the early 1400s, Princess Mohana was born to break every rule of a kingdom built on tradition. The youngest daughter of King Amish and Queen Megha, she refused silk gowns for armor, etiquette for strategy, and submission for rebellion. Her heart belonged to the battlefield, her spirit untamed... until Rudra came.

Prince Rudra, heir to the powerful kingdom of Avela, is a storm cloaked in ice-cold, commanding, and dangerously insatiable. He doesn't want to tame her. He doesn't want her to bend. He wants to consume every flicker of defiance, to claim her heart and body as his alone.

When desire clashes with duty, Mohana is caught in a perilous game of fire and obsession. Every glance from Rudra sears, every command tempts, and every touch threatens to burn down the walls she's built around herself. Resistance is impossible. Surrender is irresistible.

In a world of political intrigue, forbidden passion, and dangerous obsessions, one question remains: can a woman who refuses to submit survive a man who refuses to let go?

*****

Mohana's hands were trembling as she tried to pull away, but Rudra's grip on her wrist was iron. His eyes burned into hers, dark, commanding, and impossible to resist.

"Do not move," he murmured, his voice low, edged with something dangerous. "Not until I decide you may."

Her pulse raced, and a shiver ran down her spine. The audacity of his control both infuriated and enthralled her.

"Rudra-" she began, but he silenced her with a hand against her chest, keeping her pressed against him.

"You think you have a choice?" he whispered, leaning close so that his breath fanned her ear. "I choose for both of us. You are mine, Mohana. Do you feel that? The way I'll have you, the way I will bend your fire to me? And yet..." His lips brushed against her jaw, teasing, claiming. "I will never break your spirit. Only... consume it."

Hello readers! Thank you for giving my book a chance.

There’s just somethings you should know before starting the book.

The clothing that women wore back in the days is a lehenga which consists of a long skirt(ghagra), a blouse and a rectangular piece of clothing called dupatta which is long.

There different colours, patterns, blouse and dupatta designs.

For men:

Something even more fancy for royalty and something simple for commoners.

It consist of a dhoti, salwar, angarkha etc.

--> Child marriages took place in those times in India but obviously that’s gross so i will not have any child marriages in my book so don’t blame me when the lead characters marry when they are young adults.

--> This is a book of my imagination. You are always welcome to take ideas from my book but stealing my story or plot, not cool man.

--> I am always open to constructive criticism. I totally get it if you don’t like the book.

--> My updates are slow and uncoordinated so I apologize in advance for that.

--> I might use some hindi words but I will give the meaning then and there.

That’s it for now:))

I hope you all enjoy the book! I would love it if you vote and comment and let me know how you liked it.

If you want to get an idea of how the outfits and aesthetics are, you can visit the story on wattpad. I can't upload the pictures here for some reason.
