"I really love this book though I struggled a bit to really enjoy the flow because how difficult it is to empathize with her story. It’s just too far outside of cliche that I cannot empathize with her. I hope author can write a book as good as this without too much fantasy and mystery because it makes it difficult to understand her struggles. Also, the moment she met moon goddess is even weird. I also do not appreciate that this book does not end in one go. I have to read book 2. It’s very annoying. It does not make me enjoy my time because the flows of the book is not as smooth as many other books."

male lead overshadows female character growth
"I have read all the other books this author has made, and I loved them. I love the world building they have and the charm it brings into each book separately. I love how well rounded the characters were. this book is different. the plot alone has me hooked, but the male lead does not. Each book this author has written characters that are unique. characters that have continued to be individuals as they progress through their transformations of emotional maturity. what I don't understand for this book is that they have given a strong female lead, but her character and strength has snapped like a twig all at the mate bond. some of the things he does is arcaic and they say so rightfully in the book. my problem is that it seems to me like the female lead is just OKAY with it. this character does not feel true to themselves. she should not have to be bending down to his will if she is supposed to be a strong lead. This book justifies that being a well rounded female doesnt matter because a big strong male lead will overshadow her personality and is the ONLY REASON for personal growth. also the mate bond doesn't mean a character have to put up with b.s sextist attitude and emotion humiliation from their significant other."
