The Thing in the Forest

I was in a forest, it was dark and cold. I was on my regular night time walk. It helped me clam my mind. The only light was from my flash light, the only sound was coming from my foot steps. That was until I heard a sound like no other sound I heard before, it was this screech mixed with hissing. I turned around and ran as fast as I could. The only thing I could see was darkness. That was until I saw it, a beast like no other I saw before. It looked like a human dog mix in some kind of fucked up way. It had blood on it's face. I think it just killed some thing. The thing I remember most is it's skin it had dark grey skin and red eyes. I kept running my lungs burred my heart ached.

The thing was a ten feet behind me running on all fours it. It was not very big I could probably kick it and hurt it maybe even kill it, but I took flight over fight

. I could see light coming from my house this made me run even faster. The beast was hissing at me, I think it did not like the light or it was just mad. Now it was only a few feet away from me and my house was nine or ten feet away. I took fight this time I ran up ant kicked it right in the side... right it it stupid fucking side. It yelped like a dog, I knew I hurt it. That is when I made my break for my house. I got in and locked the door. Right after that I ran to the kitchen and grab my sharpest knife, It glimmered off the light from the moon. I knew what I had to do. So I grab my flash light in my left hand and my knife in the other. There were scratches at my door I knew it was there.

I kicked open the door and stabbed down on the back of its neck. There was a lot of blood but I kept going slashing more and more. Once I was sure it was dead I went to go grab a garbage bag and some gloves. I put it in the bag and took it by the shed, then I grab a shovel. I walked to the woods, I began to dig after four feet or so I put it in it's grave. After I buried it I walked back home. When I got home took my clothes off and threw them away, I went to go have a shower. The time I got out the sun was coming up. A smile came across my face. I made it. It was only three hours before I need to go to work so I set my alarm to 8:30 and went to sleep. When I got up I got ready for work. I went to take out the garbage but it was empty. I started to run towards the grave. Expecting to see fresh over turned dirt, instead I saw normal looking dirt. I started to think the whole thing did not happen until I saw a bloody knife of the ground by my house. .
