SHIFT

pillow method.


the pillow method is when you set an intention you're going to shift by writing affirmations down on a piece of paper and put them under your pillow then fall asleep (you have to believe what you're writing down, you have to believe you can shift).


raven method.


the raven method involves lying down in a starfish position and counting down from 100 while imagining your desired reality


heartbeat method.


the person will grab your hand and lead you to the door, then say "y/n, it's time to go home okay?" and they'll open the door for you. the room they lead you in will be bright, basically pitch white. now affirm yourself, however long it may take, affirm. eventually you will feel like you're falling.


swirly eye method.


calm down and raise your vibrations.

Count to 100 and affirm (while your eyes are closed) Once you counted, and your body feels disconnected from this reality, start to move your eyes around back and forth (while your eyes are still closed).


train method.


basically all you wanna do is , imagine yourself on a train to your desired reality and keep telling yourself that you are shifting, and keep saying things like "I am I'm my desired reality", etc.


you can also just think about your dr (desired reality.)


first (do you need a script for shifting?)

no! you don't have to script if you don't want to but i highly recommend it. if you know what you want in your brain then you should be good, but it's easier to write it down just in case you forget something or want to reread. and you can find pictures, plus it's super fun.

WHAT IS SHIFTING?

shifting is a term now used to describe the act of moving one's consciousness from this current reality (CR) to one's desired reality (DR)

A lot of shifters say listening to subliminals, meditating, and saying positive affirmations will also help raise your vibrations, which in turn helps you shift to your desired reality.
