The new half-bloods

~ Chiron’s P.O.V~

I went for a stroll near the boarders of camp half-blood. The training camp for demigods that I run with the camp director Mr D. It was peaceful. The light winds rustled the trees, carrying the smell of strawberries towards me. The sun shined in a flawless sky. Suddenly the silence was disturbed by a small cry. The cry grow louder and it seemed to be coming from two different directions. I went to the closest one and saw a small bundle of cloth just outside the barrier. I picked it up and it fell away reviling a small baby boy. He had bight blue eyes and a small amount of black hair on his head. He was crying extremely loudly. He stopped for a moment, looked at me, then started crying again. I saw a letter on the floor, I picked it up and read.

To whom it may concern,

my name is Jacob Black and I am a half-blood. Please take me to whoever’s in charge.

I held on to the little boy and walked over in the direction of the second cry. This one was a girl and she wasn’t covered in blankets. There was a piece of paper near her that said, my name is Amelia Snape. She had green eyes and a small amount of black hair. I picked her up and her hand brushed past the boy’s and they both looked at each other. They immediately stopped crying. The boy grabbed the girl’s hand and seemed to be trying to pull her closer to him. I chuckled slightly at there sudden calmness. I could tell straight away that they were going to be close friends.

I took them back to camp. Much to the delight of the Aphrodite cabin, who were cooing over the cute baby’s. Two different campers tried to take them from me but the moment they were separated they started crying.

“That is sooo cute.” a camper squealed. I put them down on the ground and they crawled over to each other.

“Oh my gods, there inseparable. That is total adorable.” a Hermes girl said and most campers nodded in agreement.

“What are we going to do with them?” a Ares camper asked. I thought about that. Whoever these kids were they were obviously half-bloods but they couldn’t be much older then one and this was a training camp.

“We’ll take care of then, obviously.” the Aphrodite cabin volunteered. It was decided, the Aphrodite cabin was going to be in charge of making sure these kid were going to be looked after.

11 years later

I was sitting on the porch of the big house when Mia and Jay came up to me. I smiled, together as per usual. They got to the stairs. Mia had black hair that fell just past her shoulders, it was in a messy ponytail. She was tall and skinny, her green eyes were rather intimidating. Jay's hair was also black and it fell to his ears. His blue eyes like a summer sky. It was extremely rare to see them apart and rather worrying. I had no idea how one would cope if something was to happen to the other. It was for some reason the Aphrodite cabins mission to get them to date.

“You ask.” Jay said to Mia.

“I asked last time. You ask.” Mia countered.

“but he always say’s no when I ask.” Jay told her.

“He always say’s no when I ask. It’s your turn. Just ask already.” Mia said pushing him forward.

“Fine.” Jay said, sounding defeated.

They came up to me. Mia looking very happy with herself.

“Chiron,” Jay said to me, “We were wondering if...“.

“No.” I told them, knowing what they were going to ask.

“You don’t even know what I was going to say.” Jay protested.

“You were going to ask for a quest and the answer is no.” I told them.

“But why? We’ve trained and we’re ready to go on one and don’t you dare say that we’re to young because we’re really not” Mia argued.

“Children, you are still young and inexperienced. It will be to dangerous to allow you to undertake a quest, expectantly together.” I told them.

“What makes you say that?” Jay asked, both him and Mia looked extremely confused.

“I don’t want you to get distracted by the others safety, so if you are to go on a quest you are not going together.” I told them, I didn’t mean this but if they thought that by going on a quest meant being separated they would stop asking.

“Oh, on second thought maybe not, quests are overrated anyway.” Jay said.

“Yeah, besides I like camp.” Mia agreed. I shook my head as they walked away. I really didn’t understand them sometimes, they had been bugging me for a quest for years and suddenly they didn’t want to go on one because they didn’t want to be separated. Maybe the Aphrodite cabin was right and they should date.

I walked around camp half-blood and saw the Aphrodite cabin spying on someone. I walked over and saw there were watching Jay and Mia who were running after each other by the lake.

“Oh, my gods they are so cute together.” Silena Beauregard.

“Are you lot seriously spying on them again?” her boyfriend, Charles Beckendorf, asked.

"Charles, honey don't you see how perfect they are together." Silena pouted.

"Yeah I know but there only eleven they have plenty of time to get together. Don't rush them." he said and got a lot of glares from the Aphrodite cabin.

Mia had caught up with Jay and jumped on his back. There laughs carried all the way up to were I was standing. Silena obsessively didn't realise that I was there and took out a phone and took a picture of them. Phones were not normal allowed in camp but I know that the other demigods had made a sort of fan website about the cuteness that was Mia Snape and Jay Black. There really were quite the duo.
