"And doesn't love always find a way? This is certainly one of the best books I've ever read! Extremely daring, graphically erotic but so elegant and tastefully done. From a violent beginning, right through to the inevitable happy ending, I was hooked! Flashes of subtle humour made me howl with laughter in the midst of seriousness. I loved it! The sisters, Jane ad Arabella, had a convincing relationship with each other. as they related their experiences of what had happened to them, both of them being rescued in entirely different circumstances. And, of course, the heroes were just perfect! I especially loved the chapter when Jane and her friend Celeste were reading the writings of Bella as they looked at the graphic drawings. That poetry was absolute genius! I cannot stop singing the praises of this author to all who will listen, and to anyone who hasn't read any of his books yet I can only say, "You don't know what gems you're missing!""

"When disaster strikes, there is always the risk of gossip. Two young ladies have difficult choices as to how to move forward after they both face danger. When they fall in love with their rescuers, they are both afraid of being discovered. Beautifully written, another wonderful romance story written in the style of a true professional. A must read."

"Wow. To sum it up in one word...Breathtaking. Its funny how this was the first book I chose to read from your largely extravagant collection and it is high among my favourites. I think it was a bold thing of you to start a story of such beauty, drama and romance in a vivid and violent way. Some may find it sickening and grotesque resulting in them reading no further. Yet I found myself intrigued and enticed to read on. It has such a powerful effect on the novel as a whole, so thank you. It was a smooth read with a perfectly distinct plot. How very daring of you. Much appreciated Mr. Sutherland I live for novels like this one. "
